I have been inundated with emails and phone calls from my readers wanting my thoughts on the Ebony K. Williams issue.

I usually don’t write about issues like this and personalities like Williams because it really is not worth my time or energy.

But since some of my readers want to hear from me about this issue, I will make an exception.

Williams is a media personality, former lawyer, and want to be influencer. Whatever the hell that means!

Warning to my followers, run and I mean run really fast from ANYONE who describes themselves as a “media personality” or an “influencer.”

Eboni K. Williams

Anyone who is described thusly has no life and no value to bring to you, your life or your company.

I forbid all of my clients in sports and entertainment from ever allowing anyone to use these monikers to describe them. Period!

Eboni set off a firestorm a few weeks ago when she told another media personality Iyanla Vanzant that she would not date a bus driver because it was beneath her (go to the 12-minute timestamp).

Pay particular attention to her body language. It is quite obvious that she wants to hear none of what Vanzant had to say and the smirk on her face displays her arrogance and disdain to what Vanzant was saying.

Eboni’s reaction to being told something that she did not want to hear is typical for women like Williams.

Eboni made a feeble attempt to remove her foot from her mouth but just couldn’t do it. She broke every rule of crisis management in her response.

Eboni K. Williams is everything that is wrong with Black women today.

She is arrogant, argumentative and has a filthy mouth. She is also extremely masculine in her demeanor.

Willams has no “real” accomplishments that she can point to. Most of these radical liberal “boss women” conflate degrees with accomplishments.

College degrees simply means you passed certain courses; it does not mean you are smart or accomplished.

Many of the most successful people in the world have no college degrees.

This is why she is almost forty years of age and still not married. No “real” man would put up with a person like Williams. She will find plenty of beta males to choose from; people like NFLer, Russell Wilson, former NBAer Dwyane Wade, or rapper A$AP Rocky.

Many of the radical liberal women being promoted today are nothing more than media whores; people who want their fifteen minutes of fame regardless of the cost.

Williams was highly respected when she operated within the “sensible center” of the political spectrum; but when radical white liberal elites told her she could make more money and get more fame by being rachet and vulgar, she simply said, “SHOW ME THE MONEY!”

They did and she played the game just like her compatriot Angela Why (real name Rye).

She also sold her soul for thirty pieces of silver and you have not heard from her since.

I have known Williams casually for many years and used to be very fond of her and her talents.

She started out as a radical liberal, then began to moderate her radical nature (which is when FOX News noticed her), and now she has moved back to the super radical left and has become irrelevant.

FOX News brought her on in 2015 as one of their talking heads.

But she came to FOX with so much arrogance along with the “diva” attitude that she didn’t last very long; though they thought she could be part of their long-term plans.

When Black women like Williams and Rye become no longer useful to radical white elites, they always turn them over to the reality show exit, i.e., The Real Housewives of New York.

When Williams decided to become part of this show, everyone knew her demise was imminent.

No “real” man is going to marry or date a Black women who has decided to allow themselves to be sexually objectified and shown in the worst light imaginable!

I challenge my readers to show me one serious businessman who married or even dated someone from a reality TV show. And I do mean a businessman, not an athlete or entertainer who owns businesses.

Eboni had so much potential. She is very smart, easy on the eyes, and can be quite charming with her personality.

But like NBAer Ja Morant, she has the need to make people think she has “street cred,” despite not being from the street.

She was willing to dumb herself down for a few shekels. She was willing to act like a tramp versus being the lady she used to be. You are a woman because of your age, but you are a lady because of your behavior.

Eboni Williams is definitely no longer a lady!

I advise all of my clients that they should never be seen in public, on TV, or in the newspapers using foul language.

I have ended my professional relationships with several athletes and entertainers that violated my counsel on this issue.

Williams’ language is worse than a drunken soldier. Again, no “real” man is going to tolerate this type of behavior that is unbecoming of a true lady.

This is the same woman that called off her engagement to her white boyfriend because he put his three kids before her.

That tells you everything you need to know about Eboni K. Williams.

She has lost her dang mind.

She has been weighed in the balances and has been found wanting.

I would strongly advise her to reach out to true ladies like Linsey Davis from ABC News or Harris Faulkner from FOX News to help her with her journey to understand what true femininity is.

Both of these women are gorgeous and have proven that you can be feminine, successful, married and not taken advantage of in a very male dominated media industry.

And Eboni, if you don’t know these women, I am happy to make the introductions for you.

You are everything that’s wrong with Black women; and they are everything that’s right with Black women!

The title of this article is offensive and misleading. It suggests that only black women have certain character traits that the author dislikes. This is a harmful generalization that can create more division and resentment among young black people. The author should have focused on the individual’s personality and behavior, not their race. The readers should be able to form their own opinions about what kind of partner they want, without being influenced by racial stereotypes.

You should display a better use of your vocabulary than to reduce yourself to teenage antics. You really sound like the high school kid spreading rumors about the girl who turned him down for a date and even tossed in Russell Wilson as the proverbial “jock” to attack in your pained response displaying tremendous ignorance to describe Russell Wlson as “Beta” apparently clueless as to how hard you have to work or the confidence you have to have in yourself to be a Black, 5’11” Superbowl winning, NFL QB, earning somewhere in the hood of $50 mil/yr. Dude. seriously? The one that’s married to Ciara? That’s “Beta”? And the bus driver, I presume, is “Alpha”? Do you know how confused and bitter that comes over? Dude, you just exposed so much that you should have played much closer to the vest. When you’re holding it down in your own world and have matured past such adolescence you learn to accept people for who and where they are. We all have our preferences. Ebony K. Williams eats the man who wrote this article and tens of haters just like him for Breakfast every morning. He can’t touch her intellectual curiosity or her wealth of knowledge. He will never understand her guiding purpose or have her way with words. He can’t have ever experienced her savage humor or unforced, unpretentious black southern grace and hospitality. the person being described in this article is not Ms. Williams at all. The person being described in this article is a figment of the author’s imagination, as are these “clients” he keeps referring to. a website where BLACK MEN ASSASSINATE, IN PRINT, THE CHARACTER OF BLACK WOMEN, NO THANK YOU.

Why is there always something wrong with Black women? Why do we all have to be put down by (some) Black men? A whole article because of a comment made by Eboni, all black women get lumped into one group. Why could it say what is wrong with some women because I’m willing to bet there are other ethnicity who feel the same way as Eboni. If Eboni don’t want to date a bus driver, it’s her right not to. I don’t care who Eboni wants to date or who she doesn’t want to date. I’m tired of articles that drag black woman as if we are inferior to other women. If (some) black men prefer other ethnic groups that is their right to do, but why drag black women because you feel that way. Leave us alone, quit dragging us, if you can’t lift us up, say nothing!

No MAN would want to date a masculine Black woman who always feels a man should provide and protect her just because she is a Black woman…who offers NOTHING in return.   Although I appreciate the honesty from this writers perspective. I agree there was no reason to stereotype all women of African descent. I may not agree with Eboni Williams viewpoints. She has a right to freedom of speech and her viewpoints, just as people have the right to listen to her or not. AS for me I don’t need to listen to the Eboni Williams of the world. However, please don’t include me and my other sisters in the same category of living and thinking. We may be from the same ethnic people but not culture.

This is a very disturbing article coming from a website for Black men promoting brotherhood. Amongst this brotherhood that you have there should be safe spaces for Black Women as well. Your site specifically says, “This is a place to unite us as a people, not separate and divide. We strive to inform, uplift, and inspire our people in every aspect of life. There are too many negative stereotypes in society today about black people.” and the title of this article says, ” Eboni K. Williams is Everything that is Wrong with Black Women.”
You put all Black Women in one box as if every Black Woman is the same. Instead of wasting your time writing this trifling article, you could have turned it around and wrote about a way for Black Women and men to be united; this is another example and looking down on the Black Woman.

To begin, I’d like to reassure my sisters that I appreciate their perspective. It’s discouraging and a thinly veiled kind of racism against black women that the author specifically said “black” women rather than “women” in general. More so when said by a black man. However, when it comes to this one woman in particular. He is ABSOLUTELY ON POINT. She’s the one who should feel guilty for the way she’s WILLING to make us look like foolish, NO CLASS gold diggers. It wouldn’t make a difference if she was white, black, or any other race. The fact that she wields considerable sway (in her mind) and identifies as an influencer is disgusting. So she KNOWS that someone is following her yet this is what SHE presents as “an educated black woman”. I beg to differ. She is influenced by clicks, not a trendsetter. She is essentially just someone who is easily swayed by the latest craze but she’s taking the wrong cues. She cares nothing about the damage to her reputation or personality that she may incur by aligning with the fads; her formal education is meaningless since she lacks substance. A shadow of what was planned to be there but ended up empty, shallow and superficial. She has basically put herself on a discount menu and stripped off all of her worth. I mean, her portrayal of herself is so cheap, it’s obvious she lacks confidence in herself. She constantly shifts her character in the direction of whatever will get her the most fame. If she ever makes it this far, I wouldn’t be surprised to see her on Big Brother or a similar show. She is the one who demonstrates a lack of respect for black women. She encourages the assumption that all black women are ghetto. She is not a lady given that she is rude, acts foolishly, and uses crude language.
The worst part is that she squandered a great opportunity. She should have felt compelled to portray black women as the intelligent, capable, and ambitious individuals that we are. She does not represent the standard for black women. No, not at all. I grew up with strong black women in my family. My grandma and aunts were powerhouse pillars of the community and carried themselves respectfully. And most of them were married for decades. My grandmother was devoted to my grandfather throughout their fifty-year marriage. And I’ve never seen them fighting. Never in my life and I grew up right next door. My grandma never talked down to my grandpa. My grandma always looked out for my grandpa. My grandma served as a church missionary. My grandma helped out the community in a lot of different ways. Was in no sense only a stay-at-home mom. The same holds true for my aunts. And the ghetto is where we’re from. East Oakland so what’s her excuse? The lack of self-respect she displays is appalling. She had sufficient chances to capitalize on her success as a role model for younger women of any race, but especially for the young black women of the this generation, who are sorely in need of empowering adult role models. Cardi B.’s character, class, and business acumen are a better option than this individual; that’s saying something because she is an ex-stripper.

  I saw that model most of the men cheated, made outside children while the wives did all the work! You’re right they cooked, cleaned, prepared food, help at the church, did everything while their husbands disrespect them and never took them anywhere! They were never loved or respected treated like “Real women” they were used as slaves while Black men pursued other women most of the marriages.

I had a couple of Black men tell me this “Nobody did for my Mother so why would I do for you?” I rarely see Black men pay bills or put groceries on the table! When I got in the store they are always pushing carts for poor White women while they pay for groceries!

However, not all black women display or embody her mannerisms, behaviors, and ideologies. To place all black women in that category was a misstep on your part.
Let me say this, men want a feminine woman; make sure he accepts his role as masculine. Many men have abdicated the masculine roles to women. Don’t switch roles expecting her to be masculine when convenient for the man. Then expect that woman to assume her role back to femininity, without an intense power struggle.
Additionally, I personally do not care who you choose to marry, procreate, and build your life outside of our race. That is your burden to bear all the consequences and repercussions from other cultures and races based on your choice.

  And then there is bw women speaking out about the perceived issues with so many bm. It’s an endless and vicious circle that needs to stop. We need to recognize all of the accomplishments that so man bm and bw have carved out for themselves. Many, many through adversity and obstacles. Some have not gotten there. It amazed me, that black men look for high standards for choosing black women, independent, educated, good looking, nice hair and can burn like big mama, but marry non black women with very low standards.. They’re not educated, maid’s, low pay blue collar jobs, very average in looks or any, mounts of plastic surgery to look like us. These black men make them wealthy or multi millionaires., hello Tiger, Kanye, Byron Allen, MJ to name a few. So,when Eboni and other black women put list of what they want, you black men tear them down. Non black mothers groom their daughters to marry wealthy athletes and successful black men,wake up,this has been going on for ages. So stop putting us down when look for the same thing as non black women.

It’s just so funny how black males are always choosing who they want to settle down with: younger women, lighter-skinned women, more model-type looking women. When that happens other black men don’t have a problem with that. However, when a black woman makes it quite clear, who she is looking for as a partner, the first thing they want her to do is disregard her preference and “settle.” Then the belittlement begins, “that is why she has no man or is married.” Come on, stop taking things so personally. What an interesting and profound story written about Eboni K. Williams; it does not speak to ‘all’ Black women but many, and many women ‘in general.’ (Some may call it ‘standards.’ I’ve seen too many Black women on ‘reality’ shows and yeah, at their very worst….throwing drinks and hands and every third word is ‘b*tch.’ And where is the mother? On the next soundstage fighting and cussing out another Black mother. And yeah, the Black males are ‘rocking w/them. I don’t know who’s ‘cutting checks’ or for how much, but apparently it’s worth it to the ‘cast’ to be famous (and just as much infamous.)o Then when accepting an award they’ll say ‘we stand on the shoulders of giants.’ I have yet to see Miss Cicely Tyson, Diahann Carroll or Mother Ruby Dee twerking or do an interview w/her breasts exposed; I have yet to see an interview or read an interview in which Mr. Ossie Davis say about Sir Sidney Poitier, ‘and when I see that n*gger it’s on.’ The fought too hard and endured so much to open doors for Black people but not for that. I’m a ‘girldad,’ who has told his girls if you ever decide to be on one of these ‘for the love of’ shows, wear the best disguise, don’t lead them back to me. To all my beautiful African American women living in the United States of America, I do not believe the author of this article was attempting to insult or belittle you; but, more so He was attempting to bring attention to the negative stereotypes that Racist America has place on our Sexy Black Queens for which every other race is making a mockery and labeling all black women has been trash.
My Black Queens you are the envy of the world and the world knows that; but, you don’t. You see! black women have the best bodies, skin tone, shape, personality, agility and you are the envy among other female races living in America. You are the reason for why many white women, Asian women, Hispanic women are getting BBL, Botox on their lips, breast implant etc.. because the black body is the most sexy in the world and black women age very graceful compare to other races.
Now, to the topic at hand, My beautiful black siters you have to become what you were before the racist white men came to you with the idea of getting rid of the black men and when the racist white women came to you with the #ME TO MOVEMENT, in which they told you that you do not need a man in your life. Well, guess what? it was all a plot by racist white America to destroy the powerful union of a black home with a father and a mother figure, which resulted in our black Christian children becoming powerful leaders and builders of all the black wall street towns that were eventually destroyed and burned down by racist white men infected with the disease of madness, insanity, insecurity, fear and the shortcoming of having small private parts.
My lovely black sisters, i love you because you are strong black women and you are the most beautiful in the world; but, you have failed to realized that you cannot continue to carry yourself thinking that you do not need a husband and father figure for your children at your side. I need you to go back to the old ways of been married before having a child, to been a lovely faithful girlfriend and wife, to dressing conservative and modestly, to been submissive to your man, to stop twerking on the street, to stop putting stuff on your hair that does not grew naturally or belong to our African heritage. It is time for black women to be honest, faithful, loyal, nurturing, respectful, submissive, loving, caring to their black boyfriends, black husbands, black friends: yes, it is time to bring back the black men in the home and the black father to the homes; in order for them to build that bond between father and son; as well as, father and daughter.
Remember, other races in America are getting married to each other and raising beautiful kids in a financially stable home; but, Ameria is telling you my beautiful black Queens that you do no need a husband or father figure for your children which has resulted in fatherless homes and single mothers struggling to find love and a strong man at their side. Do not listen to the lies spoken with a fork tongue by racist white people because they only thing they want from you, is your demised and the destruction of the entire African American community by removing the black men from the home and away from his beautiful Queen and lovely children.

Quite an uninteresting and barely intelligible rant.
Did Eboni turn you down at some point during your casual knowledge of her? This posts gives off the rantings of a hurt person. The stream of consciousness writing format made it difficult to read.
If Eboni isn’t your cup of tea (which isn’t likely according to the way you subliminally drooled over her in the post) then perhaps you could focus your energy elsewhere. At what point do men like you mature and realize not every woman will want you, and be okay with that? It doesn’t make her less of a woman, unintelligent, nor manly. Black women are no more wrong for embracing their preferences than anyone else. Stop being butthurt over it.
She’s just a woman who wants a type of man whom you are not and it is her prerogative.

Upon reading your article, it appears that you have lumped ALL Black women into that category of a radical liberal leftist, etc etc. We are not. I am a woman of a certain age near 70. I am fascinated because of everything you accused her of, you seem to be doing as well. Just a bunch of name calling as I see it. And exactly what is a radical liberal? I am asking sincerely. A lot of what you have said is in itself irrelevant. Both the so called left and right have gone down the rabbit hole. Each side trying to push their beliefs down everyone else’s throats. Each seeing the world through their eyes ONLY. You don’t get anywhere by thinking that way. Each side not willing to give because it is not what they envision is right. Your vision of the world may not align with mine, then what? People willing to allow others on the other side to suffer to make a point. Cutting off noses to spite faces. The division in this country is awful and I am not commenting to fight about who started or continued it. Everyone wants everything their way and they are willing to do ANYTHING TO GET IT. This article is disturbing for me personally. It is your right to say what you believe as I think we all have that right to do but I don’t agree with your vision. Don’t know you and don’t hate you because you are a republican cause I am a democrat, what every hell that means??? Those labels don’t make the world as a whole go round. Humanity makes the world go round along with this country. Which we don’t seem to have much of these days.

This article is very disturbing. Why write a book shaming and belittling another black woman. Your fans asked for your opinion but I say you should have kept it to yourself. There are no perfect people in this world. She has every right to want what she wants…it’s her life and her business whether we agree with it or not. Let’s hear your opinion about what is really happening in the world starting with twice impeached former president and how he gets to campaign and run for office amongst all of his legal issues. That’s what directly impacts me and you.

  Your article is even more disturbing than Eboni’s comments. It feels like the constant and consistent brow beating of black women by black men. It’s funny how the words of one woman are being used to represent all or the majority of black women. Be clear, the black woman is the only woman who has stood strong for the black man and I could name numerous examples but won’t for the sake of time.
  If you were so impressed by Iyanala, Harris and Linsey’s example then perhaps you should’ve written your article based on their example–a “this is how I like my black women” approach. I like Harris and Linsey’s example of femininity as well–that comes from getting good, extremely good care from their loving, adoring and doting husbands. I agree Harris is an excellent role model for the overwhelming majority of black women who are feminine, successful, married and wanting to be loved–just loved, appreciated and adored.

      Black women have been dragging Black men for the last 50 years. Now we will be telling the world who Black women really are. No MAN would want to date a masculine Black woman who always feels a man should provide and protect her just because she is a Black woman…who offers NOTHING in return. How about you tell your Black female friends to keep Black men out of their mouths and using any derogatory word they can come up with. You attack us…you will be responded too…from this point on.

        This article was poorly written and opinion based. It is not factual. The writing is on a fourth-grade level. People have a choice of who they want to date. There is nothing wrong with having standards. Black men date who they want without an issue. Ms. Williams can date who she chooses to. That does not make her masculine or any less than other women. Black men need to stop going against black women. It’s disgusting!

        Eboni was talking about Black men like you. You married and chased White women for 2 decades like many of your friends and all of you ended up with nothing but poor health. I saw many of you go to DR, Brazil, chase White women and do for their families but did nothing for yourselves or any Black person!
        Why? They told you they didn’t want you in their families but You’ll do for White’s who told you this to be accepted. I don’t don’t want want poor quality Black males you and your friends lower the bar because you didn’t want to do for the race; only White people! That was your choice so go back over there with your White Queens and the White family that didn’t want you!
