(ThyBlackMan.com) Only Rockstar Games knows how GTA 6 might look like but fans are confident about the future of this franchise. Rockstar is a very independent developer when it comes to making big changes in their games. From San Andreas to GTA Online, we have seen so much in the last couple of years and when everyone is eagerly waiting for Grand Theft Auto 6 release, here are 5 most wanted GTA 6 features Rockstar can consider for its new game.

1. More buildings to explore

GTA maps are vast and everything from the beach to mountains and forests is beautiful. One thing that we want to see in the game is access to more buildings. Apart from the locations tied to the main missions and side quests, the developer should add some more buildings where players can just hide, build and destroy objects, interact with AI and perform several tasks. Gym, restaurants, shops, and clubs are not enough as we have been seeing those locations for years. The fun of exploring hidden locations and buildings which are not listed on the maps is matchless and there are many possibilities of development in this particular part of the game.

2. A great story

We all have our own reasons to play Grand Theft Auto series games. Some of us love the main missions, while most of the people just spend time on interacting with thousands of characters and open world environment. In most of the cases, the excitement of sticking to the main mission fades away and the reason is the game’s weak storyline. Missions in all the GTA games are pretty exciting but they put restrictions on the activities players can do when they are not on a mission. Such restrictions can be sidelined if GTA 6 introduces a new strong story in the game. There are hundreds of ideas available on forums and those who have played any of the GTA series games know that there’s so much fun outside the game’s main story.

3. Crafting abilities

In games like Vice City Stories and San Andreas, the developer explored real estate and business building elements, but in GTA V, these features lost their charm. Customization is a big part of today’s games and with GTA 6 release, Rockstar Games can focus on this area. Instead of simply paying for and buying a property, wouldn’t it be cool if we can just choose a land of our choice and start building a house, office space or set up some business from scratch? All the chaos aside, this feature will enable players to design, plan and build things according to their choice. Rockstar already has so much power of technology in hand and it’s sad that they reduced their efforts in this direction.

4. Bring old maps back

GTA franchise has featured many cities in previous games. GTA San Andreas brought three cities including San Fierro, Los Santos, and Las Venturas and previous games also featured several new maps. Seeing all the cities again in GTA 6 would be an amazing experience. Driving new licensed cars in these cities or taking long drives from one city to another for business or mission-related needs would excite anyone who has played GTA games. The studio has not given any clue about the maps as well, but one of the studio producers said in an interview that seeing those old cities making a comeback in a game is something the team would love to see.

5. Strong team play elements

Even if you are playing a solo mission, driving on the roads in GTA San Andreas feels good. When you see people from Ballas and The Grove Street Families wearing purple and green dresses, it connects you with the people and the game. Watching their random fights and the way Ballas chase CJ and start firing is fun. In GTA IV, these elements were absent and streets appeared less gang affiliated. The “take back” side activities in San Andreas are not so pleasing because within every few hours one or the other territory goes under attack, but with GTA V, almost everything related to gangs and those dress codes disappeared. As a result, that connection with people and place is missing.

Above all, Rockstar should make changes fans want and GTA 6 should take players back to the good old days. It may disappoint many people and it can be risky, but instead of chasing money, the focus should be on reestablishing the franchise this time.
