(ThyBlackMan.com) Stevie J is saying a mouthful lately of the (not sure what number) mother of his child. Stevie J is demanding full custody of the child and claiming that Joseline Hernandez has been doing drugs during the pregnancy. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J is also claiming that Joseline will keep him away from his child once the baby is born. The father of five also fears Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez will keep the child from him if she receives primary custody, citing in the legal documents her temper and habit of getting physical with him during disagreements. He also argued that her constant attacks on his character in print and social media will lead to “acts of parental alienation upon birth of the minor child.”
Stevie has since consented to the DNA test and taken it a step further, attempting to get physical custody of the child. Stevie J. claims that Hernandez abused him in the past and further believes that she has been taking drugs throughout her pregnancy, adding that he does not think she will stop abusing drugs after the baby is 
born. He also argues he’s more “financially, mentally, physically and emotionally” stable than the mom-to-be. Stevie J also stated to the judge, that he should order Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline to stop making disparaging remarks about him to the public, and to apologize and retract all negative statements if he turns out not to be the father.
But is there a glimmer of hope Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez ever reconcile their differences? In a recent interview with US Weekly, Stevie opened up about his relationship with Joseline Hernandez, saying, “I’m just hopeful and I support her, as a friend or as the father of the kid, either way I’m going to support her cause there’s always going to be some love there.” Stevie J also said, “There’s a chance. As long as there’s a breath, there’s a chance. I never say never. You know what I’m saying? I’m not gonna say yes, but I’m not gonna say no but I never say never.” Stevie J also admitted that he misses Joseline, specifically the way she smells and that fans will have to watch his spin-off Leave It To Stevie to see more of the paternity situation play out.
Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J shows a newly single side on his new series, Leave It To Stevie. The show will continue to shed light on the producer’s life as a father to his five children, his return to making music in the studio, and, of course, bachelor-life with famous friends like Faith Evans, Yung Joc, and Scrappy. It will also focus on his newfound bachelorhood away from his pregnant former girlfriend. Any surprise visits from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez? Wait and see.
