(ThyBlackMan.com) The question for today is this. Why do folks get back together after fighting, clowning, calling the police and even going as far as divorcing each other only to get all chummy, chummy again?
Could it be because love is in the air? Maybe it’s because of the Christmas season and this is the time of year that some folks don’t want to be alone. Others may be looking to get a really nice Christmas gift. You know a big mansion, a new car or more money in the bank.
I’m talking about the reunion of Evelyn Lozada and Chad “Ochocinco”
Johnson. Yeah those two. Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson were married in July of this year. The ink was barely dry on the marriage certificate before signatures were signed for divorce proceedings.
Chad “Ochocino” Johnson and Evelyn Lozada were married this summer in what should have been a happily after marriage, but that seems to have turned into a nightmare.
The divorce proceedings came about when Evelyn Lozada accused her husband Chad Johnson of domestic violence. It was said that Johnson allegedly head-butted Lozada at their home in David, Florida when she found a receipt for a box of condoms in his car.
Well it seems that Evelyn Lozada is catching feelings again and she may have forgiven her ex-husband. According to Radar Online it has been four months since reality star Evelyn Lozada and her ex-husband and NFL player Chad “Ochocino” have reportedly come face to face.
The pair has allegedly not been in each other’s company since their nasty breakup, which was the result of domestic violence charges. Now both Lozada and Johnson are no longer fighting. Evelyn Lozada allegedly extended an olive branch to her former spouse by requesting from the court that the no-contact order that she put in place in September be lifted.
Chad Johnson was arrested for attacking his wife and as a result he lost his job as an NFL player. He also lost of all his endorsement deals and he lost his wife Evelyn Lozada.
Does Evelyn Lozada’s dropping her order originally put in place to keep her ex Chad Johnson from her mean that she is not only ready to reconcile, but she may be deciding to make another go at it? Is she bringing him back into her life?
That may be a possibility. The Basketball Wives star told RumorFixIt.com, “I do believe in second chances,” she shared. “I’m not bitter, things happen and yeah, I do believe in second chances. I would want somebody to give me a second chance, and you never know.”
Sounds like a love reunion to me. But I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
