(ThyBlackMan.com) Many of us are sitting back wondering what happened to Kanye West. He seems like an artist we no longer know. Is it just me or do you feel the disconnect? The unraveling of Kanye West has many layers and some would argue the passing of his beloved mother is where we must start. However, it’s important to have the right people around you at critical times to help you get through life changing tragedies. It seems that Kanye West might have lost himself in the women. It’s been said who you marry is a reflection of who you are. Who you marry also weighs into who you shall become.
I’m not here to argue whether, or not, Kim Kardashian loves 
Kanye West. The question is was she the best choice for him. Alexis Phifer seemed more grounded hell even Amber Rose for that matter, but Kanye seemed to have his eye on Kim Kardashian longer than we realized. The bottom line is Kanye West is out there cracking under enormous pressure, and making an ass out of himself. While Kim Kardashian professes her love for him she just doesn’t seem grounded enough. Both Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian are media hogs so how can one balance the other. This was not a good look Kanye West.
For a long time, we saw Kanye West rolling with Jay-Z…even called him brother. Okay, why didn’t Kanye West take a tip from his brother. Both Jay-Z and Beyoncé are international artists but, for the most part, they keep their personals out of the media. Regardless of whether you like Beyoncé, or not, she seems more grounded than Kim Kardashian. Jay-Z didn’t marry a woman who lives out her life, and will live our yours, on reality TV. Kanye West should have chosen balance.
After the passing of his beloved mother Kanye West needed balance more than ever, but moved further away from it. He’s a parent now, and one can only hope that he finds a way to ground himself while he still can. He may be a musical genius but that won’t be the story if he cracks any further. Kim Kardashian doesn’t seem equipped to handle Kanye West sinking any further. Kanye could have had better in the sense of someone that was healthy for him and more rooted.
