(ThyBlackMan.com) Cardi B born Belcalis Almanzar was first debuted to the world on Love and Hip Hop New York as an unfiltered “ratchet” mouth in the eyes of many. When getting a first impression of Cardi it left a bad taste in the mouths of many. From breaking windows, to club fights, and the snatching of wigs Cardi kept us all viewing Love and Hip Hop for more juicy drama. Many are familiar with her past as an exotic dancer aka a stripper in order to make her shmoney as she calls it. She says she began stripping when she got fired from her job and was left with little to no options to make money. Her own manager suggested that she work at the strip club after being fired from her job at the supermarket. At first she was very skeptical but says after her first night at the club she 
made more than a weeks pay.
She landed the spot on Love and Hip Hop because she says they gave her a call one day and she said she’d consider it. At first she was going to turn down the offer because she did not want them to tarnish her reputation. As if it gets worse than showing everything your mama gave ya right ? Once she decided to take them up on the offer she began to rack in more fans than ever before. Though Love and Hip Hop New York Cardi B is raw out the gate and with all the shits deep down she is a very loving person. One thing we do know it that if you beef with Cardi, the beef is going to last forever. She is one girl you do not want to beef with. She is know for slapping someone or snatching a few wigs if they get to mouthy with her.
With the body of a goddess and the face of an angel the men loved Cardi B and even the ladies too. She says despite her decision to dance her mom never supported her decision to strip, she says she told her about a year and a half after she had already been dancing and she was disappointed. Love and Hip Hop New York Cardi B has let us know that her goal was never to become a reality star and she is focusing on her music. She did say that if the music was to not work out that she would follow the realistic goals that she has set. Those goals include owning her own business and buying real estate, seems she has it all figured out huh
Well after a few years in the spotlight she has grown tremendously and has turned into a whole new individual. She recently was nominated for a BET award for new artists, she has really come a long way. We’ve loved Love and Hip Hop New York Cardi B from the beginning despite her lifestyle and we are rooting for her all the way.
