Robin was born in this humble American place by his singer-actress mother named Gloria Loring. His mother appeared in drama series Days of Our Lives. Robin Thicke’s father was also a name in the movie industry Alan Thicke. He starred in the Sitcom for television entitled Growing Pains. When Robin was seven, the Gloria and Alan union was nulled. Robin’s brother named Brennan is a voice actor. This sums up the reality that the Thicke family is endowed with acting skills that dominated American television and films.
The Notable Career
Like any other musically inclined individual who has turned into a bright star, Robin Thicke knew he was gifted with music when he was a 
teenager. During that time, his father wanted him to study harder and earn his high school diploma before indulging into his passion. However, her still joined the vocal group and recorded four songs which appeared on a demo tape. This same tape earned him his first $1000 dollars and was used to get the attention of Brian McKnight. Remember You is the title of the song co-written by Robin with Brian and which appeared in the latter’s second album.
In 2005, Robin pursued his passion without doubt and hesitation. He did not fear doing a remix of the song Switch which was originally sung by Will Smith. He was signed to Neptune and he started his second album which was known as the Evolution of Robin Thicke. His first single was dubbed as the top during the time on of the urban radios located in United Kingdom. A year after, the song was performed in remix by Busta Rhymes.
The second single entitled Lost Without You was already playing dominantly in Urban and Rhythmic stations by the end of 2007. The song even ranked fourteen by the Billboard Hot 100. In Robin’s lustrous career, The Evolution of Robin Thicke became his great commercial success in the entire United States.
The Present Fame
Due to his persistence to pursue his passion for music, Robin continued producing songs and releasing them. Last year, he was able to release the Blurred Lines which featured Pharrell and T.I. The song’s video also featured a lot of popular artists. Because of its popularity and success, Robin’s song and video earned about one million views. Robin shared the meaning behind his album which actually referred to people living in between the different paths of life. It further talks about people getting old and realizing how important it is to live life to the fullest.
In the same year, Robin Thicke also tried his acting talent so he joined the cast of the show entitled Real Husbands of Hollywood. This was a success and yet he did not join the show’s second season because he instead focused on his music career. With someone who loves songs and rhythms so much, there is no doubt an America remains to be the hearth of great and iconic singers like Robin.
