(ThyBlackMan.com) Rwanda’s Ambassador Eugene-Richard Gasana’s recent blind advocacy of Paul Kagame’s perpetual dictatorship drove me to ponder on the future of RPF Supporters.
To know is to be able to decide where to place one’s loyalty.
Life is to be viewed from a simple man’s perspective if one ought to face the challenges that come with blind politics.
A simple man tries by all means to earn his living decently and many a times his aspirations are only utopian for he learns to be content as each day goes by.
Those who are too naïve to realise that politics is a dirty game will always pay a dire price when push come to shove.
I remember travelling from Gisenyi to Kigali back in the 1990’s.
I was a young boy by then but the sense of “fear” was not something I was privy to.
People were talking but with one hand covering their mouth as though someone was listening to them.
Simply put,they were whispering.
This is where the story of Retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Rwandan Army Rose Kabuye come in handy.
You see-“There is no smoke without fire and vice-versa.”
Once one shakes hands with the Devil,they must be ready to dance to the tune of demons-that is the sacrifice that comes with playing dirty politics and working with the likes of Paul Kagame.
Rose as a Mayor of Kigali City put so much terror in Rwandan people that the only way to survive was by either glorifying the bloody efforts made by the RPF to crucify every Hutu Politician or to spy on other Rwandans all in the hope that one is not classified as an “Interahamwe.”
She was so much of an Iron Lady that King Paul Kagame I bestowed her with the Rwandan National Liberation Medal-an award reserved to a select few who stand to be exceptional in the eyes of the current Kigali regime.
Years later,
French Judge Jean-Louis Bruguière issued an arrest warrant for nine people, including Rose Kabuye, for allegedly having been involved in the attack.
On 9 November 2008, she was arrested in Germany while travelling on business.
After the arrest, Rwandan President Kagame expelled the German ambassador and ordered his envoy in Berlin to return to Kigali “for consultations.”
Demonstrators staged protests in front of the German embassy in Kigali carrying signs that read:
“Shame on you, Germany! Seventy years after the Holocaust, you arrest a woman who put a stop to genocide.”
Due to political pressure, charges against Rose Kabuye were lifted in March 2009.
At this point, Paul Kagame was trying to show the world that noone can undermine his staff and most importantly-one of his revered partners in crime and get away with it.
Once again,Rose was fooled by her Master who only cares about HE and HIMSELF.
She was freed from the French Investigation but Rwanda had to cut off loose ends to protect Kagame Co. Ltd.
Hence, her current dilemma.
In Kinyarwanda there is a saying;
“Ntawe uzahemukira u’Rwanda ngo abikire.”
It is believed that those who turn their backs against the interests of Rwanda and her people will never run away from the realities of life in one way or another.
They may enjoy now but in the near future,nature will have to require of them to meet the consequences of their actions.
We experienced the forestated with Patrick Karegeya(May His Soul Rest In Eternal Peace) and also recently in Rwigara’s case (M.H.S.R.I.P).
While I believe in due process and the law,the innocent souls of many Rwandans who perished as a result of the acts or omissions of some of Former Allies of Paul Kagame will always haunt these gentlemen and our call as children of God is to forgive them but how they are to answer the call of nature,that is up to God.
Take for example Karegeya’s case,
Rumour has it that the late fellow used to say that that his soldiers were not policemen and, therefore, were not expected to keep war prisoners but, instead, they had clear everything on their passage.
Wasn’t that the lowest form of humanity especially coming from a Lawyer?
How did he meet his Maker?
That is a story another day but I believe that the circumstances surrounding his untimely death were inhumane too and some of his victims found closure in his demise.

Kindly learn from history for the infamous Rose is now answering for nothing but defending agendas she hardly assimilated and you too could be the next one in line.
Today,
You may be living lavishly at the expense of poor Rwandan people but in Paul Kagame’s world,nothing is guaranteed.
And once you will be singled out,noone will come to your rescue.
In conclusion,
I would love to urge all Rwandans who fight Paul Kagame’s battles to remember that Rwanda is bigger than all of us and it is impossible to run away from Karma.
Sooner rather than later, the Dictator will decide otherwise and that will be it.
It is never too late to do the right thing.
