Nicki Minaj AKA “Miss HottenTHOT”.

(ThyBlackMan.com) So social media is buzzing since release of the latest video from Nasty Nicki. She’s like the whorish pied piper just leading our girls towards a life of whoredom. The video is NOTHING but filth and a parade of Black Women shaking their behinds, with vulgar lyrics in the background.

Between Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” and Beyonce’s “Partition“, if we don’t give the daughters of our community a VAST contrast, another generation of promiscuous, hyper – sexed, prostitutes are on the rise.

We have to guard our daughters against this foolishness and the FIRST step is to guard OURSELVES. Nicki Minaj’s influence isn’t limited to just the youth. There are grown women caught up in this Barbz movement. Allnickianaconda based off a doll that originally looked NOTHING like you.

We want to blame men for the exploitation of Women in the music industry but don’t want to acknowledge that WE are exploiting ourselves. We want to blame Black Men for how we are treated and viewed, but ignore the images that WE put out there. We will get naked on a video shoot. We have twerk videos everywhere and condemn the men for looking. Imagine that! A man looking at what we intentionally put out to appeal to him.

Nicki Minaj doesn’t empower women. If anything, she gives us a warped definition of the real power in our wombs. Her language and videos are full of filth and our youth just wallows in it. This video doesn’t promote the respect or protection of the Black Woman. Well…maybe in the form of a prophylactic.

Looking at Nicki Minaj and other Black Women in the video made me think of Sarah Baartman.  Sarah Baartman has a history that every Black Woman should know. Sarah Baartman was forced to place her body on display and stand there naked, while her form was ogled by men.

She was their freak show and was called the “Hottentot Venus”. Now we have women like Nicki Minaj that proudly and willingly place their bodies on display without a second thought. We’ve gone from Hottentot Venus by FORCE to Hotten”THOT” by CHOICE, and we totally disgrace the struggle, pain and memory of Sarah Baartman on a daily basis.

Iggy Azalea’s “Pu$$y” video was brought to my attention as well.  I watched the video and I immediately became livid. I want to point out a couple of things that happened in in the video. Number one; obviously the song is about sex. It’s a VERY Sexual blatant message.

Guess who’s flanking her in this video? Two BLACK Women! And someone allowed their BLACK son to be in this video, and allowed this woman to lean back with her head between his legs, and he is in several shots of the video.

What does all this mean? Black Woman. ..this is an example of OUR contribution to a society where women are looked at as sexual objects. This is psychological child abuse. If this young Brother grows up looking towards white women and promiscuous Black Women as his personal pleasure receptacles who’s fault is that? His MOTHER had to give permission for her son to be in this filth.

We love blaming men for the mistreatment of women, but what will this video teach young Black Boys about Black Women? Certainly not to respect Black Women. This teaches them that we are ONLY good for ONE thing.

I’m sure whoever allowed this young Brother to be in this mess thought it was cute or was excited that their son was going to be in an Iggy video. This is what I mean when I say a Black Man’s freedom is compromised if he doesn’t pay his child support but a woman is free to remain reckless with her womb and with what her womb produces.

Why has this video been viewed so many times, and at least from what I can tell, no one has investigated who his parents are? Why is this young Brother being exposed to this sexual environment? And nothing is said or done?We complain about White Women getting our men all the time, but with this video. …we’ve handed our sons over to them.We talk about the way Black Men turn out….but never want to discuss how WE turned them out.

The Iggy video also made me think of The Black Mandingo Stereotype and how we take EVERYTHING that has been used to degrade us, disrespect us, separate and emasculate us (Black Men) and  WE keep these dysfunctional movements in rotation.

We complain about the lack of respect and protection regarding Black Women but based on what WE put out there who’d want to secure and protect us?  This is how we are viewed on an international stage.

In this pimp game we vie for the title of bottom bitch. ..we want to be Willie Lynch’s top money maker and Black Woman degrader. Take a bow Black Woman. ..you’ve made our slave master very proud.
