(ThyBlackMan.com) Change is inevitable.  This seems to be obvious at the BET Cable Network.  It looks as if changes will be occurring with two of their very popular shows.

It’s been reported that the hosts of BET’s 106 & Park may be leaving the show. News has circulated that Terrence J and Rosci Diaz will be moving on from 106 & Park.  They replaced the original hosts A.J. and Free in 2006. Now, both are reportedly moving on to focus on their acting careers. This leaves BET the challenge of locating new hosts. 106th & Park is the last of the video shows remaining. Many of us may remember Video Soul, Rap City and the shows also aired on MTV.

It appears that Terrence J and Rosci Diaz will no longer be professionally paired and will be moving on to other career endeavors. However, this does not appear to be the end, but only the beginning for them. According to various media sources Terrence J will continue on with his acting and television career. He has already appeared in Burlesque, Think like A Man, BET’s The Game and Stomp the Yard 2.  Rocsi is the host of a national syndicated radio show, Rocsi On the Radio and will be moving to California to pursue a career in acting with a project starring Lynn Whitfield that is currently in the works.

One of BET’s other shows also appears to be doing a little housekeeping.  The Game’s Tia Mowry-Hardict and Pooch Hall is another acting duo at the BET network that will not be returning for the next season. The Game is BET’s most popular series.  The WB cancelled the show in 2009 and it was revived by BET in 2011.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the two will be leaving the show due to Pooch’s involvement on a new project and that BET is in the process of reworking the casting and storyline of the show. Pooch Hall who appeared in Jumping the Broom plans on joining the cast of the new Showtime pilot Ray Donovan. Tia Mowry-Hardict said she will continue to appear with her identical twin sister Tamera on their Style Network reality series, Tia & Tamera.

With Melanie and Derwin gone one wonders where this will leave the show. Since being dropped by the CW and being picked up by BET many fans have complained that the show is not as entertaining as when it first hit the networks.

Some questions still remain. Will Tia and Pooch be replaced and who will replace them?  If so that may take some getting used to.  Would that leave only Wendy Raquel Robinson’s character Tasha Mack to carry the show?  Who knows I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see.
