(ThyBlackMan.com) My article,“Open Letter From A Fellow Black Conservative…”, was recently published on this website. Despite me being a black member of the GOP, the publisher graciously requested that his readers review my article with an open mind.

In response, a subscriber wrote,“You can ask us to look past him being a GOP, but you can’t ask us to look past his claim to be a tea party Christian.”

Please do not think me rude or mean by stating the following truth. The subscriber’s comment reflects an ignorance of the facts and history prevalent in the black community.

Many blacks erroneously believe the GOP consists of rich racist white people. While in reality, the GOP was founded to free blacks. Only five years after slavery, there were black congressman, all Republicans. The KKK, Jim Crow laws, segregation and denying blacks the right to vote where all birthed by Democrats.

Even today, democrats are still “keeping blacks in their place”; telling them they need lowered standards, Affirmative Action, special programs, and freebies to succeed. Democrats constantly send blacks the message they are not as smart was whites. For example. Democrats say having to show ID when voting disenfranchises blacks. This is merely a tactic for the Democrats to implement voter fraud. However, in the process, they are saying blacks are too stupid to find their way to the DMV or other places to acquire proper ID. This is just one example of numerous ways Democrats tell blacks they are inferior and need their help to succeed.

Republicans deal with blacks respectfully as equals. Democrats thrive on blacks believing themselves to be victims, despite being bless to be born in the greatest land of opportunity on the planet. Foreigners are trying to get to America in cardboard boats held together with duct tape. Democrats punish and hate blacks who complete with whites and succeed without Democrat lowered standards and involvement.

While sold as compassion and “fairness”, Democrat programs are ALWAYS about making as many people as possible dependent on government to secure/buy votes. In the long run, ALL DEMOCRAT PROGRAMS AND POLICIES HURT PEOPLE!

There are black idiot knucklehead racists who want to believe a lie rather than the truth. Yes, I said black racists. I reject and resent the satanic notion that because of slavery, blacks have a right to be racist. Racism is evil, period, whether it comes from blacks or whites. It you disagree, it is fruitless to continue reading this article. I will keep you in my prayers.

In reality, history confirms the black community has been sleeping with the enemy for years; monolithic voting Democrat. News flash black voters, the Democrats “ain’t” your friends.

Every program which demeans and stifles blacks came and continues to come from the Democrats. Republicans continue to be the party extremely supportive of black individuality and nurturers of black entrepreneurial success.

Democrats still want to keep blacks on their plantation of needing government handouts; thus keeping blacks dependent on government, thus keeping blacks voting for democrats who promise to give them stuff via programs. To make their scam work, Democrats also tell blacks that Republicans are burning the midnight oil planning ways to “keep them down”. Thus, you blacks need us Democrats to keep evil rich white Republicans off of your backs.

In a nutshell, blacks are being played by the Democrats. So, you can imagine my frustration and lack of patience with ignorant knuckleheads who trash me for being a Republican. I am working to liberate my people; that they be treated with dignity and respect and not as needy inferior supplicants.

When I became supervisor of my mostly white department at a TV station, rather than celebrating me and my achievement, my liberal and Democrat friends demeaned my achievement by saying I got the job due to Affirmative Action. Wrong. I got the job because I proved myself to be most qualified. “That’s what I’m talkin’ ’bout!”

Now, let’s talk about the tea party.

Again, all you folks who think the tea party is racist are ignorant of the facts and just plain WRONG! I am sorry, but that is the gospel truth. You are being “played” by the Democrats and their liberal media buddies who also “secretly” think we blacks are inferior and need their help to succeed.

As a singer and speaker, I have attended over 300 tea parties nationwide, on five Tea Party Express national bus tours. I have been warmly embraced by the mostly white audiences because we share a love for America and are opposed to socialism. These Tea Party folks are not opposing Obama’s skin color. They are opposing his agenda.

A Black Caucus member actually said the white folks at the tea parties want to “see blacks hanging from trees”. Knowing what I know from my personal experience, the Caucus member’s statement is irresponsible, absurd, shameful and divisively evil; all about ginning up racial hate and securing votes for Obama. Despicable!

Now, I know some blacks who are stuck on stupid and hate want to believe otherwise. So be it. All I ask is that before you write me off as an Uncle Tom traitor, check you facts. And quite frankly, I do not care what anyone thinks of me because I know I am on the Lord’s side. God bless.

No, I didn’t say, “So You Say A Black GOP & Tea Party Member Can’t Be Christian…”. What I stated was, ‘You can ask us to look past him being a GOP, but you can’t ask us to look past his claim to be a tea party Christian.’, but you already knew that because you quoted me in the soliloquy.
I’ve been contemplating addressing your fallacious banter, but I’ve already assessed that you’re incoherent. So, it would essentially be an exercise in futility. I mean, just look at you; misrepresenting my claim as you quote me. You started the car and ran out of gas, before you could even get a chance to shift the gear. No wonder the body of your article is reminiscent of a child, swinging profusely in the air, angry that I took the remote from him as he tries to retrieve it while I rest the palm of my hand on his forehead.
Again, my statement, ‘You can ask us to look past him being a GOP, but you can’t ask us to look past his claim to be a tea party Christian.’, is does not express “A Black GOP & Tea Party Member Can’t Be Christian”.
For one, there’s no difference between GOP & Tea Party Member. So, you all can stop trying to sell that myth, cause we’ve established the truth and moved beyond it. Two: you can call yourself whatever you want; “Christian”, “Smithsonian”, “Plutonian”, “Baloney Man”; it matters not. Nowadays, everyone is a “Christian”. So, feel free to refer to yourself in whatever manner you choose, but like I said, ‘you can’t ask us to look past his claim to be a tea party Christian’.
You get it now? It’s very simple: You call yourself whatever you’d like to and we determine whether or not we’ll look past the label you give yourself!
Now, you go ahead and keep on singin’ Tea Party anthems and allowing prominent people with known ties to the KKK (http://huff.to/iufB3u) to write forewords for your books and I just may decide to annihilate all those fallacies in your temper tantrum.

ssgray- How ignorant and insulting of you to dismiss a black person’s success as simple result of “ass kissing”. Is it completely outside of the realm of possibilities that a black person worked hard and legitimately EARNED their success?
Why does a brother or sister always gotta be a “sellout” to make something of their lives? YOU are what’s wrong with our community. Trying to pull our brothers and sisters down cause they made something of themselves and you couldn’t. I think you should watch of Dave Chapell’s When Keeping it Real Goes Wrong – Vernon Franklin. You might learn something.

I am Black and I am a Democrat. I am a Democrat not because of the programs championed by Democrats but because of the principles the party embraces. I agree with you to some extent about Democrats needing to champion more ideas which actually lead to creating businesses, rather then people looking for a handout. But,it does not take a degree from Harvard to realize income distribution is out of sync. If only the top 1-10% would have behaved as you Republicans say they ought to when they were given our money through tax cuts, we may have avoided this mess we are in now and you may have seen more people interested in joing your party. The greedy culprits never created any jobs, as you Republican supporters said they would through investments, entrepreneurialism, and research and development. They simply hung on to the money, lavishing themselves. So much for that theory!! With reality staring you in the face, you Republicans still want to give even more money to the top 1-10%; More money… more money!! I love it. Bring that failed strategy on. Mr. Obama, welcome to your second 4 years. These knuckle heads are rolling out the red carpret for you, stumbling over themselves to give more money to the top 1%-10% of population with no consideration for the other 90%. Africa for the Africans,Asia for the Asians,white countries for EVERYBODY!
Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.
The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them.
Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to “assimilate,” i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.
What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries?
How long would it take anyone to realize I’m not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?
And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldn’t object to this?
But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives alike say I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.
They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.

I tried viewing this article with an open mind and after reading the article it is clear that the author holds his-self and his intellect in high regard. He seems a bit angry with blacks in general and the “black idiot knucklehead racists who want to believe a lie rather than the truth” in particular. The author is very passionate about defeating Pre. Obama and his attendance at “over 300 tea parties” and “five Tea Party Express national tours” Hmmm…I wonder if he knows who paid for the tours. He clearly is a tea party man, but he does not speak on his parties positions on government, Muslims, gays, science, taxes, facts. His participation in tea party politics does not prove the tea party is not racists.

This statement in the article is incorrect: “Democrats say having to show ID when voting disenfranchises blacks… they are saying blacks are too stupid to find their way to the DMV or other places to acquire proper ID.”
On the contrary, what they are saying is that factually, a greater proportion of minorities (including but not limited to blacks) lack photo ID. Therefore, the ID requirement imposes an additional step be taken (acquire ID) before voting, and this additional step is more likely to fall on minorities than on whites.
So it’s not a question of intelligence, but rather a question of having one more hoop to jump through before being allowed to vote. It doesn’t matter how easy that hoop is, it is still an extra step that takes time and possibly money (transit). So anybody who doesn’t already have ID will have to go that extra effort in preparation for voting. And that burden will fall disproportionately on minorities.
It is apparent from the fact that these requirements are being pushed by Republican legislatures across the country, that the Republicans realize the potential to depress Democratic voter turnout. By your logic they are doing so because they believe blacks are stupid. By mine, they are doing it simply because it has a practical effect that they seek. Considering this, do you really prefer your explanation?
