(ThyBlackMan.com) It’s Not Harmless And You Have Been Lied To.
Jonathan Harris is a 40 year old African-American male who has lung and throat cancer. He also has birth defects because his mother smoked marijuana during her pregnancy. She didn’t believe the reports on the dangers of marijuana. I had the opportunity to interview Jonathan for 2 hours and what he shared with me was heartbreaking. He said he knew his cancer was avoidable. He told me he had always been led to believe that “smoking weed” was harmless and “no big deal”. He said he did not believe the research and that all of his friends smoked. He said he needed the high in order to help him deal with life. Once upon a time Jonathan even believed the effects of marijuana would never happen to him. Now he knows he was wrong but there is no turning back the hands of time – it’s too late.
Today weed/pot smoking is rampant in our community and you probably know someone who does it on a regular basis. Legislators are even trying to get Marijuana legalized for recreational use. Mostly everyone who smokes “weed” is under the impression that the mistaken illusion that it is a harmless, victimless high. BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE and this article will give you the facts to share with others. This article will address the addiction, the deadly chemicals in “street weed”, the short-term and long-term effects to your health, the real reasons so many of our people smoke “weed”, why we should not use it for recreational purposes and what will happen if they legal it all over the country.
Marijuana itself contains THC – a chemical that is addictive. And the “weed” people are buying on the street is not even pure marijuana. Street weed is often mixed with several deadly ingredients like rat poison (arsenic) and formaldehyde (embalming fluid) in order to stretch out the weed. So don’t expect to get a bag of pure weed from your local drug dealer. If you think you will, I want to sell you an island or a statue I own called the statue of liberty.
Even pure marijuana has many negative effects on the human body, especially for long-term users. Marijuana causes or contributes to paranoia, anxiety, throat cancer, increased heart rate, lung cancer, increased blood pressure, decreased sperm count in men, irregular menstrual cycles in women, birth defects, Alzheimer’s, Tourette’s syndrome, hypertension, sleep apnea, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis (bone disease), diabetes, bronchitis, depression, and fibromyalgia. Marijuana, when used in large amounts, can cause disorientation, distorted perceptions and hallucinations. Marijuana even affects your driving ability. Second hand marijuana smoke can endanger the lives, health and productivity of those you care about and set a bad example. Marijuana also kills brain cells, impairs memory and interferes with concentration and motivation, effects which are devastating on students in school. All of this and yet some people are foolish enough to smoke marijuana anyway. But after reading this article, getting the information packet and checking the facts, you can never again say you did not know. After reading this article, if you smoke marijuana or fail to inform those you care about, somebody deserves what they get. If marijuana is harmless, why do you suppose employers do not want you under the influence of it? WAKE UP!
Marijuana is a “gateway drug”. This simply means that marijuana usage in many cases leads to usage of other drugs. If you smoke marijuana all the time, your body craves more and more. Then your body craves something stronger to recreate the euphoric high.
Marijuana does cause aggressive behavior. The University of Washington provides an excellent science-based fact sheet on marijuana and aggression including confusion, fear, paranoia and withdrawal symptoms and behavior. Email me at brainstormonline@yahoo.com to request the free information packet with all the research data, evidence and hard medical facts. I will send you a complete fact-based packet including fact sheets you can distribute to others in your community. I want nothing from you in return but for you to share the info, wake up, be successful and live out the greatness of your potential. But marijuana will not help you do that. It will hinder you and cloud your destiny.
Marijuana is a temporary escape from the pressures of life for many people. But when the high is gone, the problems the smoker is seeking to avoid or temporarily forget about are still there. Bills are still there, lack of money is still a problem, the car still needs a new transmission, the cheating spouse is still cheating, the supervisor on your job is still making your life difficult and the loneliness or depression many people feel is still a problem. Marijuana is therefore not the solution and the money you spent on this drug could have helped tackle a problem or two.
Some legislators believe legalizing marijuana will reduce the jail or prison population But it’s really about the government getting it’s cut just like the mob used to do. For many people in government who are pushing the legal use of recreational marijuana, the objective is simply to make money from something if they cannot stop it. This is what happened in Georgia with the adult strip clubs. Counties could not stop the dancers so they began regulating the industry, requiring new and more expensive permits and getting paid. But legislators are wrong about everything except that they will get paid.
If marijuana usage is legalized for recreational use, it will not stop drug dealers. They will simply provide it for a cheaper price than the store but at a lower quality and laced with other chemicals. Drug dealers will simply begin selling marijuana late at night right after the stores stop. Drug dealers will sale it in higher quantity and make it available to those who will not be of legal age to buy it. Drug dealers will offer package deals, free samples and other drug combo packages. The addictive THC in marijuana will create more drug addicts and the need for more treatment centers. It will present more legal problems and lawsuits because how can an employer refuse to hire a marijuana smoker if the drug is legal? How could an employer enforce policies against marijuana use on the job? Marijuana stays in your system longer depending on the person, how much the used and how often they smoked. So what would an on-the-job drug test even look like? Would it even be realistic to try and enforce it?
If recreational usage of marijuana is made legal, new problems will arise, even if you give people of any age as much as they want, whenever they want it, for the price they want to pay. So the government that is stupid enough to legalize marijuana might as well open up chains of 24 hour pot stores. The government will not do that so the sale of marijuana would be left to private legal dealers. But then there would be a whole new industry of “weed inspectors” needed in order to verify the quality of the marijuana sold. Do you really think our government is capable of doing this when we cannot even get our national reading levels up to compete with Japan nor our healthcare up to compete with Cuba? WAKE UP! To make it in the world today, especially in this country, you need your head clear, your wits about you, your mind focused and your senses unimpaired. Don’t get mad at the author or the facts, wise up. WAKE UP! SHARE THIS ARTICLE!!!

From the Black Phoenix Weed Association:
When the times change and Weed is made legal, Marque Anthony will be on the side of the “Republi-Coons” in supporting legislature that incriminates us as black men and locks us in cages.
Why don’t I see any articles against Alcohol since its legal?
You are nothing but a phony “counselor” type social worker.
The truth shall set you free. Marijuana is a drug which has destroyed the black community.
This guy is an idiot..
Can’t even spell…not worth writing a long response too…just know the author is an idiot
This article is written by someone whose mind is not their own.
They got it on loan from the system. To try to argue the point with a brainwashed person like this using facts does no good. They are the textbook definition of “close-minded”. They will NEVER, EVER, EVER try mj for themselves and certainly not with an open-mind, so how can they have a valid first-hand opinion? No, no, they cannot. But why? The reason it is impossible for them, is they are terrified of knowing any truth personally or by their own experience! They don’t know what it means to LIVE, they only, “be-live”, or PRETEND to live. They know how to obey the system, their master. And who is the master of that system???
Their entire position is based on fear-faith. I’ve been in the fear-based, mind-controlled, camp of organized religion. It’s where all of the fear and social control started, way back in Rome, when Constantine ostensibly became a Christian (Yeah, right!). But it’s the same paradigm today. So, Constantine goes from slaughtering “believers” in mass in the stadiums one day to a saint the next? The only reason a “Christian” brain can accept this is because today they are sold the same BS… “you are saved the moment you believe… you go from darkness into light!” The somehow (convenient to their fear-based faith) miss the other facts in the situation, like, why did Constantine FORCE ON PAIN OF DEATH, all citizen to become Christians? Is this the act of one of the worst of humanity who had just come to know love and freedom? The real God gives freedom of choice, does he not? Next, Constantine conveniently rounds up and kills all the truly free people who might tell the real truth about Jesus and his message and exiles those he cannot kill (why?), has the “church” hunt like dogs, any who happened to escape… has his scribes write the “new abridged” version of the bible which brings people under fear/control, and appoints the official clergy to interpret and mediate the masses’ contact with “god”. He conducts huge group baptisms and ta-dah! Everyone now BELIEVES they’re saved. In fact, now they are “twice the son of hell previously”. How do you offer directions to a blind person who is convinced they can see and have the only map?! To seal the deal, they are also duped into believing that IF they LOSE their “faith (really just fear) or believe ANYTHING else, then it means they were deceived(!) which is equivalent to their death (literal) and damnation (spiritual). In short order, Constantine (and the “church”) has all original letters and writings collected and burned. The basic model of all organized religion is the same today.
The people here who support this article have bought all the lies of the system and they are hopelessly dependent upon it. In essence, they are a new kind of slave. It has nothing to do with the color of your skin, but what is (or is not) inside your rib cage. They are so married to their ego (what they suppose to be their life and their way of navigating in it) that they will do anything to fight for the preservation of the system, for if the system fell, they would be lost.
The truth is this plant, cannabis, is one among a great cloud of witnesses. But it is special and powerful. If recognized for what it is, it is your key out of the sick matrix of fear and control that run this freak show we call modern civilization. It is your invitation back into the real world of CREATION. To those of you wrapped in fear, who deal with others only through your ego (the unique mask you created to navigate the lie) and are content to only deal with other egoes… to you, if you are truly lost, none of what I have written will make sense. In fact, I guess you will find additional reasons (as you do at any opportunity) do be more firmly convinced of the dark magic that fools and rules you. Those of you who love the truth and whose hearts are open and full of love, I love you for your courage and your willingness to stand against the mindless crowd!
you dont wana live the rest of your life depressed and you die without even lung cancer but because of old age or even high blood pressure. who feels it knows it, the pressure of life like you mentioned is at a big scale but its too much on others such that it takes the rest of their lifetime trying to keep breathing before they can sit down and study themselves, of which its our duty why you came into your body. our bodies were born to adapt to the environment while we grow within meaning how we stop being materialistic since it doesnt lust forever. thank you everyone for reading what i just wrote, lets take this oppotunities to reason ways of which reproduction can continue without destruction of the habitat, see what we done, we named ourselfves human beings and all other species before us different names, are you the end of time or its just knowledge within you growing? dont we know processes re occur, what we are doing we look at a period of time and draw a graph of change the conclude beggining and the end. NO we should be smart enough to learn the language of every living thing, allow NATURE to teach us please. i shall be a good student.
life is turned into a burden, we are competing to live, industries growing big, people living less, sleeping less than before when they used to sleep twice a day and they even lived longer with no fear of cancer, cancer starts from the mind, dont be scared of it hunger kills a lot even the infants who dont understand what you mean by cancer. we can do this people, we can reduce this pressure its ours by changing the way we think, see buffalos move at the pace of the slowest, cannt the people who have more give those who have less? yes you can say about hardwork, some things were stolen from others and because of time and change they cannt be returned. but for now since we know the solution why cannt we do it? everything is gorvened by the same law now, why cant we change the laws to change the world?
if you dont know where you come from i dont think you know where you re going. we used lo live forever in a way that when you re born you remember your past live and continue livity, death used to be sleep but now nobody knows it yet they are scared of it.
In the end, this horribly misinformed article has given many of us a chance to comment and post facts, in an effort to educate the author and others.
Cannabis prohibition, after it ends, will go down as one of the most racist policies in American government history. It was highly ironic that an article parroting refer madness was posted on a blog like this.
The prohibition was originally pushed on America in 1937 by a narcotics agent named Harry Anslinger. He pushed the criminalization so he and his agents would have a paycheck following the fall of alcohol prohibition. At the time, health concerns were not the pitch. Cannabis was the active ingredient in about 40% of medicines and had been used for 1000s of years. Instead Asingler changed the name to marijuana (a Mexican slang term) and used pure racism:
He said this to Congress:
“There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers and any others.”
And he said things like this: “Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.”
THIS is the man and the policy the author of this article unwittingly gave voice to. For the last 75+ years, cannabis prohibition has destroyed so many Black lives, it’s impossible to count. Further, the medicinal value of this God-given plant is being rediscovered, and we can only imagine how many people have suffered over the decades for lack of the medicine.
When the prohibition finally, fully, falls, this “slavery” will thankfully come to an end.
It appears the author has finally surrendered. He is no longer posting generalized nonsense, ignoring the detailed content in other comments. He is no longer creating other accounts and “quotes” to back himself up.
The evidence against prohibition is overwhelming at this point. Too many of our black brothers and sisters have been harmed by the failed drug war. We ask that the author join the community and stop promoting the reefer madness that has devalued and enslaved our community. As others have written, perhaps he earns his paycheck from this madness. We ask that he stops, please.
Marque my friend it is you that is in denial. I took the time to read the info you supply to support your argument and it’s all politically derived misinformation, studies funded by people with interests in keeping cannabis illegal and the like. Utter rubbish if I must say. Maybe you hold shares in pharmaceutical companies? Who knows your real motives, your tired arguments just don’t add up. That’s the truth right there. Maybe you like seeing black brothers being locked down for cannabis possession charges? Maybe you’re not even black but some racist nasty little DEA scumbag worrying about the viability of his future career? Who knows Marque who knows. One thing we do know is that you’re wrong. Kudos to all the people posting the facts and rejecting the BS. Be safe indulge responsibly and much love. Peace.
Cjones,
Please do not say it’s “useless” — to fight against the injustice of the drug war. Please read what Stel1776 says in response to your comment. Please do not call this medicine “crap.” Please Google epilepsy and learn about how cannabis is a treatment.
No Sir, the case will not be closed until we educate.
cjones that simply is not true.
Which health issue are you talking about? It is worse than those of alcohol and tobacco? I feel that death is a pretty big health issue so let’s put that into perspective:
U.S. DEATHS EACH YEAR BY CAUSE
443,000 deaths – Tobacco – [Adhikari et al. 2008]
300,000 deaths – Obesity – [Allison et al. 1999]
106,000 deaths – Prescription drugs (PROPER use) – [JAMA. 1998]
74,600 deaths – Alcohol (excluding traffic crashes) – [CDC. 2013]
22,134 deaths – Prescription drugs (overdose) – [JAMA. 2013]
450 deaths – Acetaminophen/Tylenol (overdose) – [Lee. 2004]
0 deaths – Cannabis (overdose) – [Calabria et al. 2010; Hall 2014]
0 deaths – Cannabis (overall) – [Sidney et al. 1997]
Despite decades of numerous studies that were designed to find negative effects of cannabis (this is the mandate of the federal organization that approves a very large portion of the studies, the NIDA), it has not been proven to cause serious disease. The cannabis / cancer connection is very weak, with many peer-reviewed studies showing protective effects. Overall there appears to be no increase in cancer risk from using cannabis:
“The purpose of this retrospective cohort study was to examine the relationship of marijuana use to cancer incidence. The study population consisted of 64,855 examinees …We conclude that, in this relatively young study cohort, marijuana use and cancer were not associated in overall analyses…”
Sidney S et al. Marijuana use and cancer incidence (California, United States). Cancer Causes Control. 1997.
“Cannabis smoke may be carcinogenic but it has been difficult to conclusively link cannabis use and cancer development epidemiologically, and cannabinoids have shown some promise as anti-cancer therapies”
Bowles et al. The intersection between cannabis and cancer in the United States. Crit Rev Oncol Hematol. 2012. Review.
A study involving over 65,000 people found that cannabis is not associated with greater mortality in general:
“Marijuana use in a prepaid health care-based study cohort had little effect on non-AIDS mortality in men and on total mortality in women.”
Sidney et al. Marijuana use and mortality. Am J Public Health. 1997.
“Overall, by comparison with other drugs used mainly for ‘recreational’ purposes, cannabis could be rated to be a relatively safe drug.”
Iversen L. Long-term effects of exposure to cannabis. Curr Opin Pharmacol. 2005. Review.
Not that lack of medical harm would be a requirement for legalization, it turns out overall there is little, if any.
Just stop the useless and endless nonproductive argument. Percentage wise the crap is harmful to all human beings–period. Humans have to make their own choices and reap the consequences. There is the good, the bad and the ugly concerning marijuana. Case closed
Thank you Stel1776. You have added great comments as well. Oliver, good job too.
As soon as I saw his “weed quiz,” I knew he was out of his depth on the topic. He is parroting the drug warrior propaganda he has been told, without any independent thought on the matter. His arguments were predictable and tired, easily refuted.
But I must say, what bothered me most is his cluelessness on the racist origins of reefer madness. Especially on a blog like this. I do not use the term Uncle Tom lightly, but I feel it is, unfortunately, appropriate in the case of this article. I only hope that the author becomes more informed on the origins of cannabis prohibition and how the drug war has ruined so many lives, in the Black community, and in all communities.
Reefer madness is in its last gasp. Every day, we are learning more and more about this incredible plant that God – or nature — has given us. We can only hope that our friend “Marque Anthony” sees the light and comes out of his darkness.
Glaucoma
Fourteen percent of all blindness in America is from glaucoma, a progressive loss of vision. Cannabis smoking would benefit 90% of our 2.5 million glaucoma victims, and is two to three times as effective as any current medicines for reducing ocular pressure!
Cannabis use has no toxic side effects to the liver and kidneys; nor is there any danger of the occasional sudden death syndromes associated with the legal pharmaceutical glaucoma drugs /drops.
Many California eye doctors, through the 1970s, ‘80s, and ‘90s, discreetly advised their patients to use “street” marijuana in addition to (or to mitigate) their toxic legal glaucoma medicines.
Since November 1996, California doctors can legally recommend, advise or tacitly approve cannabis use by their glaucoma patients who may then grow and smoke their own marijuana, or go to one of the 600 plus Cannabis Buyers’ Clubs to acquire medical marijuana.
(Harvard; Hepler & Frank, 1971, UCLA; Medical College of Georgia; U. of North Carolina School of Medicine, 1975; Cohen & Stillman, Therapeutic Potential of Marijuana, UCLA, 1976; National Eye Institute; Records of Bob Randolph/Elvy Musika, glaucoma patients who receive 300 joints a month from the federal government 1975, 2007), Tashkin, Dr. Donald UCLA, 1976 -2007.
Eli Lilly, Pfizer and others stand to lose at least a third of their entire, highly profitable, patent monopoly on such drugs as Darvon, Tuinal, Seconal, and Prozac (as well as other patented medications ranging from muscle ointments to burn ointments, to thousands of other products) because of a plant anyone can grow: cannabis hemp.
Isn’t it curious that American drug companies and pharmacist groups* supply almost half the funding for the 4,000 “Families Against Marijuana” type organizations in America? The other half is supplied by Action (a federal VISTA agency) and by tobacco companies like Philip Morris, and by liquor and beer makers like Anheuser Busch, Coors, etc., or as a “public service” by the ad agencies that represent them.
Daily Marijuana Use Is Not Associated with Brain Morphometric Measures in Adolescents or Adults
“No statistically significant differences were found between daily users and nonusers on volume or shape in the regions of interest. Effect sizes suggest that the failure to find differences was not due to a lack of statistical power, but rather was due to the lack of even a modest effect. In sum, the results indicate that, when carefully controlling for alcohol use, gender, age, and other variables, there is no association between marijuana use and standard volumetric or shape measurements of subcortical structures.”
The Journal of Neuroscience, 28 January 2015, 35(4): 1505-1512; doi: 10.1523/JNEUROSCI.2946-14.2015
The U.S. Pharmacopoeia indicated that cannabis should be used for treating such ailments as: fatigue, fits of coughing, rheumatism, asthma, delirium tremens, migraine headaches and the cramps and depressions associated with menstruation.
(Professor William EmBoden, Professor of Narcotic Botany, California State University, Northridge.)
“Should we believe self-serving, ever-growing drug enforcement/drug treatment bureaucrats, whose pay and advancement depends on finding more and more people to arrest and ‘treat’?
“More Americans die in just one day in prisons, penitentiaries, jails and stockades than have ever died from marijuana throughout history. Who are they protecting? From what?”
—Fred Oerther, MD, Portland, Oregon
Mike Washington: Good answers and questions!
“I think we consume far more dangerous drugs that are legal: cigarette smoking, nicotine and alcohol, I feel they cause much more devastating effects physically. We need to lift the prohibition on marijuana.”
– Former U.S. Surgeon General Joycelyn Elders
“It is never possible for a scientist to say that anything is totally safe. But, at the end of the day, scaremongering does science – and the public – a great disservice. Cannabis is simply not as dangerous as it is being made out to be.”
– Professor Les Iversen, chairman, British Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, 2003.
“And it’s just not rational that adults don’t have the choice of using marijuana, but they do for alcohol. Marijuana is less likely to be addictive, it’s less likely to cause car accidents and birth defects, it’s less likely to cause domestic violence. So how do you rationally say that it’s OK to drink alcohol with that profile but it’s not OK to occasionally use marijuana?”
– Dr. Richard Besser, former director of the CDC, ABC’s Chief Health and Medical Editor
“The prestige of government has undoubtedly been lowered considerably by the prohibition law. For nothing is more destructive of respect for the government and the law of the land than passing laws which cannot be enforced. It is an open secret that the dangerous increase of crime in this country is closely connected with this.” -Albert Einstein, My First Impression of the U.S.A., 1921
“The illegality of cannabis is outrageous, an impediment to full utilization of a drug which helps produce the serenity and insight, sensitivity and fellowship so desperately needed in this increasingly mad and dangerous world.” -Carl Sagan
“Penalties against possession of a drug should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself; and where they are, they should be changed.”
-U.S. President Jimmy Carter
Marque Anthony is full of sh*t. Marijuana does not cause birth defects, among other phony health concerns that this deluded fool has listed. Marijuana prohibition is a racist policy that seeks to maintain Jim Crowe. Go find a new lost cause to support, slaver.
Black people are 3.7 times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than white people despite comparable usage rates, according to a report released by the American Civil Liberties Union. The report also found that marijuana possession arrests now make up nearly half of all drug arrests, with police making over 7 million marijuana possession arrests between 2001 and 2010. “The War on Marijuana in Black and White: Billions of Dollars Wasted on Racially Biased Arrests” is the first-ever report to examine nationwide state and county marijuana arrest data by race.
Here are the answers to your quiz, Marque: My answers in CAPS, to differentiate between the question and answer.
1. Do you smoke weed? NO

5. Why do you think weed is illegal in most states? I HAVE EXPLAINED THAT TWICE NOW IN THE COMMENTS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CANNABIS ITSELF.
6. Even in the states where weed is legal, why do you think police officers, fire fighters and doctors cannot have it in their system while working? A STRAWMAN QUESTION. DO YOU THINK THEY SHOULD GET DRUNK?
7. What medical studies can you share that show weed is harmless? ANOTHER STRAWMAN FALLACY. NOBODY IS SAYING IT’S COMPLETELY HARMLESS. NOTHING IS. SUGAR CAUSES OBESITY AND DIABETES
8. Would you want your child driven to school by a bus driver who is under the influence of weed? SAME AS QUESTION #6
9. Would you want your child operated on by a doctor who is under the influence of weeed? SAME AS QUESTION #6

Finally, I have a few questions for you:
1) If a young black male is arrested for possession of marijuana, as part of the drug war that you are promoting, and he can’t get a job and he can’t get a student loan and his life is ruined, are you, Marque, partly responsible?
2) If a person is arrested for treating himself with cannabis for a serious chronic condition like cancer, and that person no longer has access to their medicine and he subsequently dies, are you, Marque, partly responsible, considering the propaganda you are pushing here?
Mr Marque Anthony,
It seems you have jumped the ad hominem shark.
No, our agenda is not about getting stoned. I, for one, do not use it. But I would not hesitate to recommend it as a medicine to those who need it.
This is about justice — something one would hope this blog would be about. It is clear that the prohibition of cannabis, is as Morgan Freeman reportedly said, is “Just the stupidest law possible ”
Or consider the words of Dr. Lester Grinspoon, Harvard Medical School Associate Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry, who has studied cannabis for over 40 years. He started believing that prohibition was right. He changed his mind entirely. Arguably, he knows a lot more than you, or your sycophants, do on the subject. He said:
“It astonishes me that we can’t get around this prohibition. It’s like something is sacred about it. You can’t question; you can’t bring any factual data… Aspirin is “safe” although it claims between 1000 and 2000 people per year. With cannabis it’s been around for thousands of years. There has never been a death — never been a death. Is there any other substance in the Pharmacopoeia about which you can make that claim? I’m not sure there is.”
Amen.
Please stop with the reefer madness propaganda. Work to improve our community; not keep it in the chains of long-since discredited nonsense and fear.
Some people are not objective and many people have hidden motives to simply justify what they want to do and ignore anything else.
Therefore I have devised a short WEED QUIZ that psychologically reveals motive.
Share this quiz with others. My hope is that it will get them to admit the truth to themselves, even if they do not admit it to anybody else.
TAKE THE WEED QUIZ
Be honest with yourself, even if you won’t share your thoughts with anyone else.

I don’t have all day to answer critics who take pot shots (pardon the pun) at me. I am currently a family and relationshiop counselor and I help people every day. But I do have a few rhetorical questions for thos of you who want to protect weed smoking.
1. Do you smoke weed?
2. Do you need weed?
3. Could you go a month without it?
4. Do you believe weed is completely harmless?
5. Why do you think weed is illegal in most states?
6. Even in the states where weed is legal, why do you think police officers, fire fighters and doctors cannot have it in their system while working?
7. What medical studies can you share that show weed is harmless?
8. Would you want your child driven to school by a bus driver who is under the influence of weed?
9. Would you want your child operated on by a doctor who is under the influence of weeed?
10. Would you work in construction ontop of a building with a crane operator under the influence of marijuana?
11. Is it OK for pregnant women to smoke weed?
IT’S NOT ALWAYS ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS, ITS SOMETIMES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, THE EXAMPLE YOU SET FOR THE CHILDREN AROUND YOU, THE CAREER YOU RISK IF YOU ARE CAUGHT WITH MARIJUANA IN YOUR SYSTEM, THE TIME YOU MAY SPEND IN JAIL AND HOW YOU MAY BECOME A DANGER TO OTHERS
And I haven’t even began to tackle the negative effects of withdrawal.
For those of you who don’t believe, I hope you don’t have to learn the hard way. Jonathan believed and thought like you, so did his mother. But I guess you also believe that weed can be smoked while pregnant and that it does not cause birth defects. WAKE UP.
There are many many more harms and disadvantages to smoking weed recreationally than there are advantages. Stevie Wonder could see that. For those of you who criticize me or the data, some of you even conceed there are harms. Ask the school counselors who deal with the student’s lack of focus, forgetfulness or impaired senses and learning ability.
WAKE UP PEOPLE
Do not be so programmed and brainwashed that you will defend what is hurting you. If I am wrong (I’m not), no harm no foul. But if you are wrong, like Jonathan and his mother were, you will wish you had listened. If you do, yet again the racist Eugenics powers that be have gotten away with dropping poision into our communities, tricking our people into using it and making our people defend the very things that harm us.

Typographical error “Oranges”
Think about this as well, I challenge all of you who say the claims in the data I provided are wrong to go and ask your doctor and two other doctors. I DARE YOU but you won’t do it.
Psychologically speaking, anger, insults and personal attacks directed towards a person who simply presented the data are clear cut signs of denial.
They are the actions of people protecting something they want to do, they want to believe or want to accept. They are false justifications that go alot deeper psychologically than the effects of marijuana on one’s health.
EVERY TIME ONE OF YOU MAKES YOUR CASE BY USING ANGER, INSULTS OR MALICIOUS ANIMOSITY, YOU PROVE MY POINT. JUST BE HONEST, YOU WANT TO SMOKE WEED, YOU NEED TO SMOKE WEED, YOU MAY EVEN BE ADDICTED OR LOCKED IN BY PEER PRESSURE.
It eases your consciience that you are not being self-destructive if you can convince yourself everybody is doing it so it must be OK. It eases your conscience if you can find a bogus way to think you debunked all the studies from the CDC, the Justice Department, Yale, the New England Journal of Medicine and many, many doctors. WAKE UP AND LET THE SMOKE CLEAR.
Oliver you are missing the point. Don’t try to mix apples and ornages. There are many things that cause harm today, but are they illegal? If so, why do you think that is? Also NOBODY posting a comment has yet to debunk the many harms stated and proven in even the RECENT evidence I have posted.

Looks like there is a vigorous debate going on about my article on The Truth About Weed
As a detective, one of the first investigative things I learned about was motive.
So ask yourself why some people or studies are trying to make it seem that weed is harmless and what they have to gain by fooling so many.
You will find the insurance companies, mental health facilities and medical industry has alot more to gain than the courts do by locking people up.
People are being pimped, misinformed, manipulated, deceived and used as guinea pics to fit profiles created by the powers that be.
Most people neither think about this that deeply or they are not trained to spot such things. But I am. Yet people with no specialized training are trying to shoot down the info from reputable sources by using studies that in some cases prove my point – and in other cases do not refute the majority of my claims at all,
PEOPLE BELIEVE WHAT THEY WANT TO BELIEVE – NO MATTER HOW MUCH REPUTABLE DATA I SUPPLY – NO MATTER HOW MANY MOTIVES I EXPOSE
NO MATTER HOW RECENT THE DATA IS – NO MATTER HOW MUCH HARD EVIDENCE AND PROOF THERE IS.
Most doctors know what I say is true. And ironically, how many of those attacking the data would not mind if there child was operated on by a doctor who just smoked weed? How many of them would not mind their children getting on a school bus with a driver who just smoked weed? DENIAL IS RAMPANT
THERE IS A DELIBERATE AND STRATEGIC EFFORT IN PLACE TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK WEED IS HARMLESS,
Even the studies that try to promote that weed idoes not cause cancer will NOT say weed is harmless.
THINK about it. Mostly all of the studies that are deceptive will only focus on a few of the harms and try to debunk them, but the srtudeis will neither tackle ALL the harms, nor will they say weed or marijuana smoking is harmless. Any doctor who made such a statement would have his/her reputation in question and contradict the medical “bible” known as the New England Journal of Medicine.
WAKE UP PEOPLE,
DON’T JUST DEFEND SOMETHING ON THE BASIS THAT YOU WANT TO DO IT
