• Geesh!! Based on this comment section, this has become the blame the black woman blog. This type of nonsense makes me so tired. And for the record, Evelyn Lozada is NOT a black woman.

• The situation with Evelyn & Chad was the case of mismatched or incompatibility to a certain extent. No man should put his hand on a woman and no woman should put her hand on a man. There is no excuse for it either way. A woman should not put her hand on any woman either. Chad cheated on Eve with a selection of women ranging from unnatractive to downright repulsive, all seemed to have an IQ of 0. You have to ask ourself why a guy who could have done so much better chose these women. Also Eve herself is extremely masculine, not a choice you would expect from someone like Chad. It seems that he has extremely low self esteem and his relationship with her did nothing to help that. She has strong masculine characteristics, a tendency to bully and a seemingly low mentality, put all of this together and ou cannot be surprised at the outcome. These two need to take time off from the spotlight and work at being happy complete human beings.

• The problem with Evelyn is that she promotes herself as a whore, conducts herself as a whore and boasts about being a whore. She preys on weak minded men like Chad and Antoine and she bullies them into submission just like the women she so callously abuses on tv. She does anything for publicity, has a foul mouth, and discusses her sex life with no regard for the fact she is a mother of a teenager and at the time, a wife and stepmother to A bunch of little girls. In addition, she has a following of young women, her daughter,Chads daughters and those young women all read about her and her anal sex/salad tossing nonsense and see her beating and abusing women. That is simply terrible beyond belief....she did it anyway. She also used Chads kids to get publicity... With no regard for them. So she can't now that she sees that her career is ending try to back peddle to save her ass. She deliberately destroyed Chad with no remorse. The bad karma that woman has coming to her is no joke ! She chose to behave like a lunatic, so she can't pretend to be a saint now for some thirsty BS.

• LOL@Susan, you was bored and just googled her. More like you're probably a closet stalker. And for your wager, I am none of the above I am just another female who has experienced some of the things in life that are discussed in the article and comments. I put my opinion out there stating to give the girl a chance. I will 100% side with some like Ev rather than a writer who calls women such foul words and condones azz whippings. She did what she did but I'm not going to let any man think it's ok to use the terms "azz whipping", " I'll knock a b@tch out", " a real man would hit the hell out of a hood rat" so loosely it is disgusting and degrading to ALL women.

• It's a reason why words like whore exist. People get their panties in a bunch when you use such words but if people actually look in their scriptures, the same type of words are used. Like i said before, the notion of the "strong black super woman" leaping tall buildings in a single bound is being eviscerated before our very eyes through the way of social media. In the early 2000's you could go on sites like blackvoices and meet some of the sluttiest black chicks you could find. The only difference is you didn't have facebook, myspace, twitter and other social media sites disseminating info in such a rapid fashion. When I was in high school I used to wonder why black chicks would pick weak dudes. I never was considered ugly so don't think that I'm one of those dudes who couldn't get chicks and i'm complaining cause it's not the case. But i used to see black chicks in high school far too often be willing to be doormats on a consistent basis and the insulting thing is is that when those sorry relationships ran there course, they would come back to a quality man like myself, knowing i was a quality dude, thinking they could be the virgin mary even though i knew they were ran through back then. I recognized black females had a mental problem in high school but just wasn't mature enough to put it in its proper perspective. Now, being 33, i'm saying the same thing!!! So i know it's truth. How many black women are willing to sell themselves for a purse, a pair of high heels, or jewelry? A lot of people are self-delusional by being unwilling to call a spade a spade. If it's a black man acting a fool, we are all too quick to jump on his case whether we're male or female but when it's black women we are always willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. Black women like evelyn only see marriage as justifiable way of hiding the fact that they are whores. They see a dude mentally weak ac chad and they circle them like sharks. I learned long time ago from my dad that you can't make people want what you want. We want black women to have a higher standard for themselves we really do but they don't want to. Let me give you a prime example. In 2010, i got into a heavy debate with people affiliated with the African American Studies dept...I chose to go on facebook and call out those people i felt were fraudulent. There was this one female professor who had power over that whole dept. She was veluptuous. Had big booty and all that. Now this woman was sleeping all around with people students, male and female as i later learned. However, one of her students that she mentored, who she slept with as well, we got into it. And the reason why i had a problem with him was not because he was sleeping with whores. I told him that i was not defending the whores he slept with because i know you can't defend that. However i said to him "i'm calling you out for the innocent black chicks who come to college not knowing anything about their history and they get here and are vulnerable to people who can be academic pimps." So I said "deal with the whores all day but the young ladies coming through who are trying to get knowledge of self, hands off." Now you would have thought that these people would have been proud of me for standing up for black women and holding a brother accountable to these very women and the so-called "community." Please. These people not only supported him, they stop talking to me and i'm not talking about those who i directly rejected. I'm talking about those who were loosely affiliated with them as well. That's when i realized how sorry black women were. They were comfortable supporting a weak dude like the one i criticized and people actually were trying to get me and my brethren be quiet because they were scared whitey would fire they're asses. Black people always want white folks to be accountable to them but they never want to be accountable to each other. That's why they love jesus so much because black people are all to glad in allowing someone to sacrifice for their lack of responsibility. A book black people should all read is "A Wine of Astonishment." It is a book that gives insight to black people. I used to hate white folks until i started looking at our people, most notably our woman. We can give whatever excuse we want but the sick reality is is that black women need a fundamental change spiritually, psychologically, educationally. From a spiritual perspective, they think a white messiah will save them. From a psychological perspective, she thinks that she doesn't need a man (the black man). And educationally, she thinks that a degree will save her economically. If she doesn't rethink these notions, in a serious, thoughtful manner, she will be her own undoing and ultimately destroy herself, which it's looking like an inevitability. It's so funny how black women always claim how independent they are, yet they have not created anything to prove their independence (small percentage have businesses). Food for thought sistas: think about other black women on welfare and how it's funded. Single working women get taxed at a higher rate because they are not married. Ths money goes to these dependent females and pay for them to lay up and have more babies, pay for their weed=smoking, thug sex toys while you go to work. So before you see the money you work for, these females see your money before you do!!! So the next time you criticize the black man, think about the black woman who uses you on a paycheck-to-paycheck basis. If i was a black woman, i would start an organization based solely on sorry ass black females like evelyn. the only thing that gets her by is her decent looks but hey when i was 19, i had chicks in their thirties and forties hollering at me because they couldn't find men (cougars). Now being a cougar is honored now so maybe she will find her a young cat who just happy to hit something. wake up people

• I was bored....I googled Ms. Evelyn and #1 was this article...I love it. FINALLY someone calls her out on her behavior. The show is like a train wreck... I can't help but look! Outrageous that grown women behave like this, outrageous that Shawnie Oneal promotes this crap. I use to think Shawnie was a classy lady. Evelyn is simply reaping what she sowed. I hope she loses every dollar she made off of this behavior being promoted. Young women see this and think this is cool? This is acceptable? Sad and pathetic and I have no sympathy for her WHATSOEVER. She is a horrible person, an embarrassment to women everywhere, and a disgrace to those of us who call Miami home. She was not sorry when she went on that show to talk about her behavior, she's just trying to keep the gravy train rolling.
