Titans of Video Game Industry Announced New Games at E3 2018.

(ThyBlackMan.com) Everybody was waiting to see new games at E3 2018 and this year, game developers didn’t disappoint fans. Microsoft’s solid show and Sony’s impressive in-depth gaming presentations were amazing. Here are the biggest games announced and showcased at E3 2018.

Death Stranding

One of the new games at E3 2018 was Death Stranding, the first game under the banner of Kojima Productions. Some members from the Metal Gear Solid development team are working on the upcoming game. Death Stranding is an open world game where you can explore different areas and use vehicles. Many actors and popular artists are a part of the cast of the game. In the E3 trailer, the studio introduced new characters and gameplay details. It was the first time when the studio showcased actual gameplay footage. Death Stranding is coming exclusively on PlayStation 4 and its release date is yet to be announced.

Halo Infinite

The Slipspace Engine will power the new Halo Infinite game, said 343 Industries. The game will feature the journey of Master Chief, the main protagonist of Bungie’s Halo universe. With the new game engine, Halo Infinite will feature a new art style. If you are curious about what this new art style could be, have a look at Master Chief’s helmet. The studio said that the helmet reflects the new art style. Halo Infinite will be available exclusively on the Xbox One.

Devil May Cry 5

Capcom announced Devil May Cry 5, one of the new games at E3 2018. The best thing about this news is that the game will be a direct sequel to the Devil May Cry 4 game. Capcom released a trailer showcasing the dark comedy of the video game series. Game developer Ninja Theory has confirmed that Neo and Dante will be the playable characters. There’s probably a third character in the game the studio will likely introduce later.

Resident Evil 2

The much-awaited Resident Evil 2 remake is finally coming on January 25, 2019. At E3 2018, Sony showed off the upcoming game which is a full remake of the successful RE 2 game. The remake will feature modern graphics and some classic gameplay mechanics as well. Capcom has not shared specific details of how the studio will handle gameplay. The studio also didn’t confirm any features.

Control

Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Alan Wake, Quantum Break, and Max Payne has announced a new game Control at E3. The game will be released in 2019 on all the traditional platforms. Control features a female protagonist who is shown shooting enemies. The game will offer single-player gameplay experience. According to its creators, Control is a “supernatural third-person action adventure” game. The studio said that the game will feature a lot of twists, action and memorable characters.

Starfield

During E3 presentation, Bethesda Director Todd Howard unveiled Starfield, a brand-new single-player game. It is a next-generation game in a brand new franchise. It’s a beginning of a new franchise, so set your expectations accordingly. Bethesda will give special treatment to this game’s release. As the name itself suggests, the game is set in space, and the trailer released by the studio confirms the same. No release date was announced for the upcoming game so it’s safe to assume that it won’t make debut in 2018. Some fans believe that the game will be released on the next generation consoles.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Ubisoft finally disapproved many theories about Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the upcoming game. During its presentation at E3 2018, Ubisoft shared full details of the game. The studio also shared plenty of gameplay details. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will take players to ancient Greece and allow them to choose their protagonist. The choices are limited and you can only play the game either as Alexios or Kassandra.

Unravel Two

Remember the cute, tiny wool-based character from the original Unravel game? The new game Unravel 2 continues the adventures with a new game mode. The game now supports single-player and local multiplayer modes. Unravel 2 features two playable characters also known as Yarnys. Surprisingly, the game publisher EA decided to release the game at E3 itself. The game can is out now and is available on all the traditional platforms including the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
