Like Love Haha Wow Sad Angry

( As usual, the free Xbox Games for October 2017 include four titles. Two games are for the Xbox One and two for the Xbox 360. Fortunately, Xbox One owners can download the Xbox 360 games through backwards compatibility service. This month, Xbox Games With Gold service brings some of the best games for free. Read on to see what’s coming this October.

Gone Home – October 1 to 31 on Xbox One

Released in 2016 on consoles, Gone Home is now available for free on the Xbox One. Games With Gold subscribers can download this award-winning adventure exploration game and take the role of Katie and explore a house, find new objects and unlock access to other areas of the house.

As Katie, you return home after several years and find nothing but an empty house with a warning note on the door suggesting you not to investigate what happened there. Your mission is to piece together and find out what happened in the house and to everyone.

The Turing Test – October 16 to November 15 on Xbox One

This is just another gem added to the list of free Xbox games for October 2017. Released last year for the Xbox One and PC, The Turing Test takes players to Europa, a moon of the planet Jupiter. You take the role of a service engineer and realize that your team members are in danger and need help. As the game’s protagonist Ava Turing, players enter the moon base and find that everything is different than the records.

Ava continues her journey by solving puzzles in the game. The Turing test is not a highly engaging game, but for those who love puzzles with a touch of sci-fi environment, this game is gold.

Rayman 3 HD – October 1 to 15 on Xbox 360

This game is the definitive version of the Rayman 3 Hoodlum’s Havoc. The third installment in the classic game series with improved graphics is now a part of the free Xbox games for October 2017.

Games With Gold subscribers can enjoy playing with Rayman and different bosses for free. The best thing in this game is humor. It will keep you chuckling. The character gets fit into different costumes and also carries many accessories like helmets, gloves, fists and many colorful apparels.

Now when this classic game is available in HD, you can feel the difference in how things have changed. The core elements of the game are still the same, marking high score in the first attempt is also not very easy. Overall, the game is a good addition in the Games With Gold library.

Medal of Honor: Airborne – October 16 to 31 on Xbox 360

Medal of Honor: Airborne is not a well-celebrated game on the Xbox 360, but it brings some much-needed changes to the franchise, more specifically, something better to play. As an American paratrooper, you are entitled to eliminate Nazis in the game Airborne.

A nicely designed upgrading system helps players make improvements in their weapons while keeping the core controls almost the same. Every mission you start in the game will make you feel much more confident about your gameplay. The reason is you start missions with parachute drops and that’s how you get to see the map in a better way so you can plan your movements and strategy accordingly. The sad thing is the gameplay is too small. Only 6 to 8 hours of gameplay you get with the game, but it’s a good entry in the list of Free Xbox Games for October.

Meanwhile, Microsoft has released Forza Motorsport 7 earlier this month. In three different versions, the game is now available on Xbox One and Windows PC worldwide. Once you’re done playing the Free Xbox Games for October, there’s so much more coming on the Xbox One. This month, some more games including The Evil Within 2, WWE 2K18, Assassin’s Creed Origins and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus are coming on the platform.
