The pretend ideology of the statue of liberty in America is showing its true colors through Trump and his supporters. The colonizers who stole this land from the indigenous people and the Hispanics have the audacity not to want migration of any brown kind. Here is the truth about the War on Hispanics in America and why. Caucasian people know they ethnic group is not reproducing as fast as Hispanics, Mexicans in particular.

THE DAY OF CAUCASIAN RULE IS COMING TO AN END IN AMERICA

Caucasians are fastly becoming the minority in this country and it has been projected by the Census Bureau that it is just a matter of time. They don’t know how to deal with this because once they become the minority, they will lose power and control over our economy, corporations and governments – city, county, state and federal. The year 2016 was the first year in modern American history where more Caucasian people died than were born. This mortality increase scares the Hell out of them. But it’s about that time and many may say long overdue.

If you blend a Caucasian with almost any other ethnicity, the Caucasian traits began to disappear because they become assimilated. This is a genetic fact. This scares many Caucasian people and Donald Trump is reinforcing that fear by calling Hispanics rapists and murdered and making it seem that they are coming here to get you, your jobs and your children. Statistically not true but constantly used as a deceptive talking point by Trump and his supporters.

Trump uses the same dishonest, inaccurate and hateful rhetoric that Hitler used against the Jews when he came to power.

People like Trump do not feel they can control Hispanics the way this country has controlled, discriminated against and oppressed so many sleeping African Americans. Hispanics will unite. Hispanics have not been broken and indoctrinated by American slavery. And Caucasians in power fear this so they want the Hispanics gone from America – legal and illegal Hispanics..

OVER 80% OF PEOPLE HERE ILLEGALLY ARE FROM EXPIRED VISAS AND CAME ON PLANES OR BOATS, NOT FROM CROSSING OVER THE MEXICO BORDER but that seems not to matter because Trump and his zombies are not into representing the facts.

That is the real truth about this country’s war on Hispanics. Fear is being stoked by hiding the facts, amplifying anything negative done by illegal Hispanics and using rhetoric that belittles them. There is no real evidence to support the fear of terrorism at the hands of Hispanics. Not even of MS-13 as a major organized crime gang like the organized crime Trump and his father were involved with. Our U.S. Marshals along with local law enforcement could construct a task force and lock up all of MS-13 if they wanted to so don’t believe the hype.

What I have just told you is why you don’t see Asians, Europeans nor Canadians rounded up, separated from their families or forcefully deported overnight. Wake up to the truth and stop believing the deceptive rhetoric promulgated by fear tactics like the amplification of Hispanic crime every time a Hispanic person does something against the law.

Now you know the facts that Trump, his supporters and even the media have been hiding from you and why. This country has enough treachery and evil at the root of its foundation to attack Hispanics and have some left over to still oppress African Americans so stay alert. The Jews did not believe it would happen to them so they were not prepared. Have we learned anything from the holocaust? Wake up and wake someone else up.

I am neutral on the wall topic. As long as that doesn’t involve cruelty, then don’t care 1 way or the other. I agree that we should help Americans before we help foreign citizens, especially as there are so many Americans who don’t have jobs.

If the jobs weren’t available, then there would be fewer illegal immigrants. It makes no sense for President Trump and his supporters to complain about how illegal aliens take jobs away from Americans, yet most of the same complainers have no problems when the illegal aliens construct houses, repair the roads, cook their food in restaurants.

Other things to add to my first post is that fairness means treating all fairly and that also means that because of past injustices, there’s no excuse to do bad and horrible things. The fact that a person’s ethnic group has in past faced injustices is no excuse to commit violent crimes such as murder & if you commit a violent crime such as murder, then you must be punished.

There’s a case which I hope people can comment on & that’s the excuses people make for the convicted murderer Leonard Peltier. Leonard Peltier (born 1944-Sioux I believe) is an American Indian, Amerindian, Native American or Indigenous (I use all 4 words), who murdered 2 cops Ronald A. Williams and JR Coler in 1975 when both policemen were investigating crimes on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Famous people such as actor Charles Robert Redford, Nelson Rolihalla Mandela, Dalai Lama, David Louis Geffen (Geffen Records) Rev. Jesse Louis Jackson, etc. have argued for his release, calling him a political prisoner. Now I don’t know the famous people’s motives. Thee bad websites Huffington Post and Daily Kos makes excuses for murderer Leonard Peltier, which is no surprise from the Huffington Post and Daily Kos. But here are facts on Leonard Peltier and who he is and the comparison to John Joseph Gotti. Leonard Peltier is a murderer and he does not help the Amerindian or Native American cause.

Before the 1975 double murder, Leonard Peltier in 1973 tried to kill a Milwaukee cop during a crime. Leonard Peltier violated bail to avoid prosecution. But Leonard Peltier was acquitted, likely because the prosecution did a poor job pleading case and jury acquitted him of attempted murder. As known, in 1975 Leonard Peltier shot and killed 2 cops and this time he was convicted.

Leonard Peltier admits that he shot at the 2 cops with his gun and by law he is guilty by felony murder rule, especially as 2 cops were murdered, it’s Murder 1. Felony murder rule is this-let say for eg. if a person robs a convenience store and the store clerk has a heart attack and dies during the robbery, by felony murder rule, the robber is guilty of murder though he had no intention to kill the clerk, because store clerk died as he was committing a robbery. Jury decides what to convict the robber of such as Murder 1, Murder 2 or Manslaughter, unless it’s plea bargained.

With Leonard Peliter, there were 2 others (also American Indian) who were prosecuted with him for the murder of the 2 cops. The other 2 were acquitted in separate trials, likely because the prosecutor(s) did a poor job arguing their case and the 2 acquitted by all White jury. In 1977, when Leonard Peltier was tried, this time he was convicted of double murder by a jury, for which he got life in prison. In 1979, Leonard Peltier escaped from prison where an inmate was killed during shootout with prison guards. Leonard Peltier was captured and got an added 7 year sentence to his life sentence.

Leonard Peltier’s supporters have said that Leonard Peltier did not get a fair trial because jury was all White, but as shown, Leonard Peltier was acquitted in 1973 of attempted murder because prosecution did a bad job and jury acquitted him. But he still continued to commit crimes. With the 1975 double murder, 2 other people who were with Leonard Peltier were acquitted by all White jury. Leonard Peltier was convicted because the prosecution did a good job arguing their case and this time he was convicted.

Compare Leonard Peltier to mob boss John Joseph Gotti. NYC mob boss John Joseph Gotti murdered many people. In 1986, John Joseph Gotti was prosecuted for a murder but was acquitted by jury. In 1988, John Joseph Gotti was prosecuted for another murder, but was again acquitted. In 1990, John Joseph Gotti was prosecuted for another murder, but was again acquitted. In late 1990, John Joseph Gotti was arrested for yet another murder & in 1992, the jury convicted John Joseph Gotti of murder, for which John Joseph Gotti got life in prison & he died in 2002.

John Joseph Gotti was convicted of murder in 1992, because this time, the FBI did a good job investigating the murder, where John J. Gotti’s phone was as I understand wiretapped where he brags about killing a person. This time the prosecution did good job, had more proof and John Joseph Gotti’s luck ran out. With John Joseph Gotti, he got haughty & arrogant, thought he could get away with murder (as with 3 acquittals) but in the 4th time, he was convicted. It’s likely that John Joseph Gotti committed more murders in addition to the 1 he was convicted of. Leonard Peltier was convicted of murder when he was in his early 30s while John Joseph Gotti was convicted of murder when he was in his 50s.

Since Leonard Peltier’s 1977 conviction, other proof has surfaced which reinforces the conviction. Witnesses who testified against Leonard Peltier have since said that during the murder trial, Leonard Peltier had threatened to kill them for testifying. When Leonard Peltier is interviewed by media, Leonard Peltier behaves mild and humble. But privately, Leonard Peltier has bragged about how he murdered the 2 cops as they were pleading for their lives. Leonard Peltier has been haughty and arrogant. Leonard Peltier is suspected of murdering others & committing other crimes.

Leonard Peltier’s conviction has been reviewed and upheld on appeal. In January 2001, ex President William J. Clinton shortly before leaving the White House reviewed Leonard Peltier’s clemency request and ex President William Jefferson Clinton refused to pardon Leonard Peltier after reviewing the case. Even people who are anti-Clinton credited ex President Clinton for doing the right thing.

In January 2017, Leonard Peltier again tried for clemency with President Obama (before leaving White House) but ex President Obama also refused to pardon Leonard Peltier after reviewing the case. Fact about Leonard Peltier is that the courts have reviewed his murder conviction and upheld his conviction. Ex Presidents Clinton and Obama believe that Leonard Peltier is guilty of murdering 2 cops.

Leonard Peltier’s supporters in arguing for his release raise that Leonard Peltier has diabetes and has had heart surgeries because of his heart attacks. If people are going to use the sympathy argument, then same thing could have been said for John Joseph Gotti. John Joseph Gotti died of throat cancer in 2002 while in prison. The fact that John Joseph Gotti had a terminal disease should not be reason to free him & was not because he was a haughty & arrogant murderer.

The fact that Leonard Peltier has diabetes and heart attacks is irrelevant. Leonard Peltier must spend the rest of his life in prison. He behaves mild and humble when he is interviewed by media, but privately he has bragged about murdering 2 cops & he is suspected of committing other crimes. Leonard Peltier does not help the Native American or American Indian cause because he is an arrogant & haughty murderer.

Ex Detective Craw, have many things to say about what you wrote, incl. what you had said in other columns and replies. Before getting to that with what you said about word Black vs. Afro American, in Bengali, they call African Americans or Blacks the word Caloa, which in Bengali means Black. With your statement that American Indians or Native Americans would react to if being called Red, well in India, they sometimes say Red Indians to differentiate from Indians. The word Red came about because American Indians sometimes wore red war paint during wars.

Incidentally, some of the Amerindian tribes in Iberoamerica and Indians from India could be cousins by thousands of years apart, since the Amerindians in Central and South America look like people from India & the continents use to be closer. By DNA, they’ve traced American Indian or Indigenous ancestry to as far as Tibet, so Native Americans could also be called Oriental Americans. There are American Indians who have told me that you could call American Indians Oriental Americans since American Indian ancestry often goes back to Orient and so they are cousins of the Japanese & Chinese by thousands of years apart. To the main points of your article, etc.

The fact that the land was stolen from those who were there before you doesn’t mean that you’re disqualified to live there. But you must treat fairly the people who the land was stolen from. That means treat American Indians fairly as all others, no better and no worse than any other group. While I differ with President Trump to a great extent on the immigration topic such as separate families-I think the argument ‘nobody is illegal on stolen land’ is a poor argument because we should still have immigration laws.

The land on which the Sioux lived on was stolen from other Indian tribes, but usually don’t hear that Sioux or other Indian tribes did not have a right to fight for their land just because they stole land from other Indian tribes. US has a right to enforce immigration laws and have borders, though the land was stolen from others as long as they don’t do anything cruel and bad such as separate families or deny care for those here.

Before the Whites stole the territory, Native Americans got their lands by wars, which in some cases, involved killing the neighboring tribes men and kidnapping the women and girls as wives. In these cases, the defeated tribe didn’t get a reservation or even a bad peace treaty. The men are killed, most boys are killed (unless taken as slaves) and the women and girls are kidnapped as wives.

Now yes, the Indian reservations where Whites take the best lands and treaties broken, is arrogant, esp. when 1 wants gold, silver, etc. But here, you are alive and you or descendants have a chance. An American Indian can get married, raise family and they or descendants have a chance to change things for better because you’re alive. Indian reservations was often arrogance, but a case can be made that it’s the lesser of the 2 bads because here you are @least alive and have a chance.

An Indian war, where 1 Indian tribe kills another tribe, takes women and girls as wives, the men being killed unless the boy becomes a slave is worse because here the defeated tribe doesn’t get a treaty & thus as the men killed don’t get to marry and raise a family, you have no chance.Treatment of American Indians was arrogant only that potentially, some American Indian tribes would’ve hypothetically have done the same thing if they had the better weapons and military strategies.

Sadly, people are potentially greedy and some people are just better @ being greedy than others. But is it because wars were used to steal American Indian land or is the true meaning of this-the Whites were just better @ stealing the land? Potentially, if the Native Americans or American Indians had the better weapons and military strategies, then it would have been the other way round. Same thing with slavery-instead of Whites enslaving Blacks it would have been the opposite, because it’s just the way people sadly are potentially.

And with wars-soldiers killing eachother in a fight is 1 thing. But harming POW is bad. Bataan death march during WW2, atrocities committed against POW during the Korean War and Vietnam War (Hanoi Hilton) are bad and against Geneva Protocol. Once asked a Vietnam War veteran what he thought about enemy soldiers ? He told me that if they were trying to kill him in a fight, he won’t pass judgment as it’s a war and soldiers are sent to fight for their nations whether it’s the right or wrong cause. Now however, if the enemy soldiers are going to take POW and mutilate them, then that is bad & that’s murder. Many people would not know who Sgt. Leonard George Siffleet was-the ANZAC POW who was beheaded during WW2 by the Japanese soldiers. Japanese soldiers followed Bushido code (Samurai way) and they treated POW, including American POW, Chamorro Indians in Guam, Chinese POW , Filipino POW were beheaded and bayonetted by Japanese soldiers. That is bad.
