Mr. Obama Will Lose, If….!

(ThyBlackMan.com) Themain reason the Republicans are now able to make inroads into the base of Democratic support is because Mr. Obama and the Democratic Party have no job creation plan. Mr. Obama and his advisors appear to have made a mistake in thinking they could restrict the major topic of debate of this election to rich vs. poor. Having made inroads, the Republicans are using a classic maneuver of creating confusion when it comes to medicare and foreign policy. The Republican Party’s thrust into the base of Democratic support and assault on independents appears to be gaining traction.

However, the breach which allowed this advance was the lack of a credible job creation plan and this Administration’s under estimation of the ability of the Republicans to redefine the major topics of debate in this election. The unemployment report for August coming out next week, will be a negative for the Obama Administration, as it will likely show an increase in black unemployment as blacks bear the brunt of this downturn. This
will add more fuel and momentum to the Republican Party’s, “take no prisoners,” assault upon the Democrats. Adding even more fuel to what appears to be a well thought out plan of attack, is the ton of money Mr. Romney has yet to spend!

There is only one thing that will stop this juggernaut of devastating verbal
attacks in its track and that is, this Administration’s articulation of a clear
job creation plan.

Mr. Romney’s march to victory in November is being fueled in part by Democrats who thought they could ignore the cries of the poor and unemployed. Had they simply acknowledged the pleadings of the poor and unemployed and raised concern about Mr. Obama’s approach when it came to  addressing the issues of the unemployed and poor people of this country, maybe this Administration would have recognized the need to adopt a credible plan to handle those issues. These are Democrats and Obama supporters who did not and still do not, to this day even as this article appears, think there is any value in legitimate criticism of the practices of this President. This Administration did not have the wisdom or the vision of seeing the stifling of legitimate criticism could lead them to under performing in the critical area of job creation. As the unemployment rate for black Americans rose, there was no one who took up their cause, as this President neutralized the voices of the political pressure groups such as the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP.

There are to this day no headlines stating the black male unemployment rate has reached 14.8%. We, who are concerned about this disturbing rise, are holding our collective breath as we wait for the August unemployment report which is due out on September 7th.

The Republican Party’s strategy is pretty clear. Having breached the perimeter of support for this President and the Democratic Party, they are marching toward November with guns blazing asking the question, as Representative Ryan intimated, “Where are the jobs this Administration promised the people?” You can look for Mr. Romney and his contingent of disciplined troops to ask that question incessantly. They will not allow this President to run away from that question and rightfully so, as unemployment is the number one issue of black communities throughout this country. And guess what, the Republicans are betting that, if Mr. Obama and the Democratic Party are unable to reasonably answer that question, Mr. Obama will lose! You see, he can not answer that question by criticizing the Republicans for not endorsing the American Jobs Act, because the Republicans will say the passage of that act would have increased an already bloated federal budget. Mr. Obama cannot blame Mr. Bush either for being handed a bad economy, because as you have already seen, their reply will be, he was given $800 billion dollars and 4 years to fix the economy, yet there are no jobs.

Democrats, however, can still out maneuver Republicans if they start thinking
outside the box and bring a national job creation plan to the table. That is all
the American people really want! The American public, I think recognizes Mr.
Romney’s plan of tax cuts for the rich and budget cuts are not the answer
either. However, just like Mr. Obama, when he ran four years ago, the American voter is willing to give the new guy a chance. So what should an ardent supporter of Mr Obama do? Shake off your inhibitions and e-mail or go on the face book pages of your congressional representatives and suggest they give the Davis Deficit Neutral Stimulus Plan a fair hearing. Be sure to leave the web address of http://www.sslumpsum.com. It’s the least you can do at this point! Otherwise we may all wake up on November 7th to the following headline:

Romney Wins!

Mitt Romney wins the Presidential election. Republicans regained the Senate and held onto a majority in the House of Representatives. It was a repudiation of Mr. Obama’s polices by the electorate. This ensures a conservative Supreme Court and federal judiciary for years to come as judges retire and leave office.
