(ThyBlackMan.com) Conrad Murray is sentenced to 4 years in prison. The judge refused to give him probation because Conrad Murray showed no remorse for his part in Michael Jackson’s death. But because of California’s overcrowded prison problem Dr. Conrad Murray most likely will not serve his complete prison term. He’s not even going to state prison. He’s going to county jail. But the question still remains how much time will he serve? When he goes will he get the Paris Hilton 6 day treatment, the Lindsay Lohan 13 day treatment, or some brand new celeb status treatment all together where he’s in and out within hours and the justice for the greatest to ever do it is no justice at all?
Watching bits and pieces of the trial, the verdict reading and now the sentencing I do feel bad for Dr. Conrad Murray. He had a client that was a drug addict whom he aided in addiction.
Instead of working to get the help an addict needs, he became an enabler to the pop superstar. Blinded by money and who knows what else Conrad Murray became another yes man to Mike instead of a doctor bound by an oath to let his patient know, “If you don’t get your act together you will die.” Murray didn’t prevent Michael’s death he accelerated it.
Dr. Conrad Murray was foolish, arrogant and negligent. But at the end of the day he seems now a broken man haunted by the ghost of the King of Pop harboring the knowledge on his shoulders that even his own defense attorney’s admitted; he will now forever be known as the man that killed Michael Jackson.
I believe he should be punished for his crime because if for nothing else it didn’t have to happen. Michael didn’t have to die from an acute propofol overdose. He didn’t have to be given “milk” to go to sleep. It is a doctor’s job to put their patient on a drug that manages their condition (addiction and insomnia) in a way that doesn’t harm them but in fact makes them better. (Does no on watch House?) This did not happen. Now the music world is missing a voice and all we have left in his place is a broken man who seems to not give two shits about what he did but only about how it affected him. Selfish much.
I think 4 years is a bit lenient of a sentence. But knowing he won’t serve most of it I guess we fans must take what we can get.
How long do you think Conrad Murray will spend in county jail if any?

Things are not always clear cut. There is a bit of true in everything. In the bizarre world of Michael Jackson we may never know what’s true and what’s false with absolute certitude. The bottom line is, whether you are rich or poor, free or in jail, we all try to live another day and the “situation” we are in becomes our world; we adapt. Michael failed at that, surely he was like a great dinosaur, and like the dinosaurs he became extinct because he couldn’t adapt. Michael Jackson had major issues, he didn’t know who he was, but for most people out there it’s easier to believe a simple lie rather than a complicated truth. Dr. Murray is not the only greedy person in the never-ending MJ saga. Greed… this is the crooked timber of humanity. In the crux of this drama I would like to jump from that into another shameful exploitation of MJ.
A line of perfumes dedicated to Michael is about to be launched by Joe Jackson and a professional scam-artist who is much spookier than Dr. Murray, Julian Franck Rouas. This story will make your eyes curl up in the back of your head when you’ll read about the psychologically malevolent Julian Rouas and the Jackson Tribute Fragrances rogue operation. With no functioning conscience, they have even used Michael’s kids to promote the stinking perfumes. See the sickening photos…
