(ThyBlackMan.com) You can get your life just as ‘lean’ as your body. Just as we use our mind to craft the body we desire in the gym, in life we can become the designer of the life we want – in spite of our fear. A lean life is a life that if fulfilling; it is a life in which discover new avenues of learning and unfolding to our potential. A lean life is picturing the end result of your goal. It is your relationship as a source of abundant happiness, your finances moving from lack to prosperity and a life of health versus dis-ease.

“Hold a picture of yourself long and steadily enough in your mind’s eye and you will be drawn toward it”.

Harry Emerson Fosdick.

Here are three motivators to get you there.

Motivator#1:

See It

Identify your ‘lean’ life. In this embryonic stage you must obtain a blueprint of what it is you desire. This is where your ideal is given birth; where you put it on paper but believe it with every fiber of your being. Whatever your mind can conceive – about you, your world and your place in it – it is crafted here. But you must see it – even when no one else does! It’s your vision, even as it is coming into evolution.

You craft your body with a power. You craft your life with the same power. We now know that the muscles which fire in your brain during an actual performance or event are the same muscles that engage when you are imagining it. What we see amounts to what we say.

If you change what you’re saying, you will change what you are seeing.

Pastor Joel O’ Steen

If you do not ‘see’ money in your hands or bank account, don’t say ‘I’m broke!’ Say ‘I am abundant’. Stay a step ahead of what you see. Focusing on things you do not want will only bring you more of things you do not want. Reverse that thinking. Focus, for example, on income being replaced, as opposed to lost, and you will attract that.

Motivator#2:

Intend It

This is where your ideal begins to take flight, it begins to blossom, like a rose. Details, once sketchy, now come into focus. You know what you want and your dream is beginning to come alive with colors, shape and size. You begin to imagine it more clearly. Even time and space become irrelevant, because your dream is in the process of birthing.

What Do You Want?

A lean life – as a lean body – begins with determining what it is you really want.

Set your Intention: what do you want to happen? What is it you seek? What is your desire? You want to lose weight? Imagine you can do it. You want to feel better? Imagine yourself feeling better. You want to perform your daily tasks with a degree of unbridled energy? Imagine yourself in that manner.

There are plenty of exercise books, gadgets, plans and pills on the market that supposedly have the ‘secret’ to losing weight and feeling better. But until we exercise our imagination, until we begin to visualize what we really want, all of the equipment in the world is useless.

Motivator#3:

Live It

The first two stages are simple compared to this third and final stage. This is where most people give up; this is where they lose faith, because the idea is ready for launching – but the holder of the ideal is short on faith. Things are not moving fast enough for you! But you must be patient. Materialization is where you say, ‘I receive that which I asked for in faith’; it is at this point that you release your ideal into the Universe and trust that your blessing will return to you tenfold.

Visualize this thing you want, see it, feel it, and believe in it. Make it your mental blueprint and begin to build.
