(ThyBlackMan.com) Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are now back together after filing for a divorce that has been sitting for months. 31 year old Khloe Kardashian and 35 year old Lamar Odom decided to call it quits back in December of 2013. Even though it’s been nearly two years, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are still married. However, the media has reported that Khloe and Lamar back together.
The couple first met in August of 2009 at a night club. After only knowing each other for a few weeks they were married in September 2009.
Since their breakup Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom had gone their separate ways and were doing their own thing; that is until Lamar Odom hit rock bottom. Lamar was recently rushed to the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas after he was found unconscious.
On October 13th, the past basketball star for the New York Nicks fell into a coma after overdosing. It was a rough go for Lamar Odom, but he has pulled through. The four day binge of drugs and prostitutes nearly cost him his life.
This is just on top of the other drama Khloe Kardashian has faced when it comes to her sports star husband. Lama Odom has dealt with a number of challenges. His trouble with drugs has not only affected his health and his marriage, but it has nearly cost him his life.
During their marriage things seem to be falling apart. Odom was in trouble with the police in 2013 during a drug arrest for DUI, along with reports of infidelity and substance abuse.
Before falling into a coma Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian held diagareements regarding his drug abuse. His drug usage caused a toll on his then wife Khloe Kardashian and their marriage. Khloe made every attempt to save her marriage. When he refused to get counseling in rehab Khloe gave up and filed for divorce.
News has hit that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are no longer headed for divorce. After running to her then estranged husband’s bedside, the two have agreed to reconcile their differences and make things work. The divorce papers have been withdrawn, which Odom signed them from his hospital bed and the two are now back together.
Khloe along with her family visited Lamar for support. Some are saying that Khloe Kardashian really does not care and this is a publicity move for more ratings. I personally always believed that Khloe’s love for Lamar was genuine. Let’s hope that Khloe truly does care for Lamar and that she will remain by his side outside the lights, cameras and glam.
