I admit I had ever tried a product that used rose water. I was a bit leery because I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. In knew what a rose smelled like, but I was unable to corelate that to a taste. The flavors I tried were Peach, Apple, Wild Berry, and Mango; let me just say all four flavors were light, crisp, not overly sweet, the fruit flavor was not over baring, and they leave no nasty after taste. This is a drink that doesn’t have to be cold to taste pleasant; as someone that often drinks room temperature beverages this was a definite plus. When you open the bottle, the smell helps create the flavor. It is a bit difficult to explain, but the rose flavor tasted the way it smelled. That flavor in tandem with the different fruit created a great balance.
None of the flavors were bitter so the rose was not overpowering, and I appreciated that. It is quite easy to see how the drinks could help ease stress as the scents have a rather aromatherapy kind of effect. So you are being calmed in a sense while hydrating. Though the flavor is balanced in each drink the apple and peach were rather mild; if one doesn’t fancy herbal qualities the fruit flavor might not be dominant enough to balance out the rose. In that instance the wild berry and mango would be a better option. The property of the flavor is still balanced but the fruit is stronger on its own.
I will definitely be adding H2r0se water to my shopping list. I loved all the flavors with Wild Berry and Mango being my favorite. For me it wasn’t a matter of needing a stronger fruit flavor I just love berry and mango in just about everything. Give this drink a try; it’s a refreshing hydrating option with a wonderful taste.
