(ThyBlackMan.com) Maybe you have not been keeping up with the Senate hearings on Judge Brett Kavanaugh, recommended for a lifetime seat / appointment on the Supreme Court by Donald Trump. But we all should follow the turn of events because this judge will rule on issues that will likely impact the life of every single American, including you.
To bring you up to date, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was interviewed for over 30 hours by the Senate judicial Committee of 11 Republicans and 10 Democrats. He initially painted himself as a church going good boy – a boy scout some might say. But then 3 women came forth to accuse him of sexually assault or sexually offensive behavior. Many people defended him but people who went to high school and college with him also spoke up, saying he lied under Oath and misrepresented himself. By the time the hearing on whether or not he sexually assaulted Christine Ford when he was 17 arose, Judge Kavanaugh had changed his story about how squeaky clean he was. Ford testified and was found to be credible, though she could not remember some key details.
During the hearing regarding the alleged sexual assault, Kavanaugh became unhinged, defensive and evasive. Christine Ford took and passed a polygraph. Judge Kavanaugh has not taken one. The behavior of Judge Kavanaugh along with the allegations made by 3 women directly and the statements of people who both drank and went to school with him caused 3 Republican senators to have reason for concern and the power to hold up Kavanaugh’s confirmation or appointment to the Supreme Court until a 1 week FBI investigation has been completed.
It is likely that Judge Kavanaugh is guilty of sexual assault of Christine Ford, a crime that has no statute of limitation where it allegedly happened. It is also likely that Kavanugh lied under oath to the Senate Committee, which is also a crime – perjury. Here are the FACTS and questions thus far which support my conclusion.
KAVANAUGH FACTS & KEY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
1. Kavanaugh lied in his first hearing about his behavior and his character, misrepresenting himself under oath as a boy scout.
2. The 4 people named by Ford carefully worded their statements to say they did not remember nor recall such an incident of sexual assault. Saying you don’t recall is not the same thing as saying it did not happen. It I a way to give a response that protects you instead of an answer to a question.
3. Additional classmates of Kavanaugh at Yale have come forward to say Kavanaugh is lying.
4. Drinking beer underage is not the issue. The issue is intentionally deception and lying under oath – the very thing Bill Clinton was impeached for. No double standards people.
5. If Kavanaugh lied to the Senate Committee so boldly and swore to God, what else is he lying about? Did he sexually assault Ford and forget from a black out or did he do it and remember? He is hiding something and from his testimony to his defensiveness, fake crocodile tears and becoming unhinged, any observant person can see that.
6. Kavanaugh is hiding something. And the 3 Republican senators and Democrats know it. Clearly a propensity towards aggressive behavior while drinking has been established regarding Kavanaugh. And that leans to more of the likelihood that he did sexually assault Ford than not.
7. Like Lindsay Graham said, this is a job interview. And we all know if this happened regarding any job applicant, the controversy, behavior in the interview and lies about past behavior would easily disqualify the applicant.
8. If Kavanaugh encountered a man in his appeals court who has behaved as Kavanaugh has, we all know Kavanaugh would find that suspect at the very least and question the man’s character.
9. Furthermore, if Kavanaugh was interviewing a law clerk who exhibited the behavior he showed in the last hearing, who was caught in lies, who became defensive and who had so many accusations, Kavanaugh would NOT hire that person. Be honest people.
10. Why won’t Kavanaugh take a polygraph? The Congress is not a court so the issue of polygraphs not being admissible is not relevant. Polygraph and there results are used all the time for law enforcement applicants, bank applicants etc.
You can make up your own mind but just know that a lot is at stake with the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. Abortion, honesty, politics, Trump‘s impeachment and whether a judge gets away with lying and committing a crime are all at stake. And that’s just the issues we know about.
