It seems to be as we all remember Nicki Minaj previously saying, “And in fact, I don’t even want to say that I’m in a relationship anymore, because I think when people hear that, they go to like the mean place and try to like what, pick it apart?”
So it seems like the mudslinging started last Wednesday after the Nicki Minaj posted a meme on Instagram about an “ungrateful person.” “Never help an ungrateful person get on their feet. It’s like telling a wolf that you’re a sheep,” she captioned the meme along with a photo of actor Denzel Washington. Nicki Minaj supported Meek Mill during his house arrest, when he was sentenced to 90 days for violating his parole for his 2008 drug dealing and gun possession conviction.
Meek then appeared to confirm that Nicki’s shady message was 
made specifically for him. So he replyed with “That’s why I make sure I stand on my own and was M’d up when I met you. Nicki Minaj’s man then continued to slam Minaj amid the breakup rumors, posting another meme that read, “Some of y’all need to learn how to enjoy your man’s company instead of picking fights with him 24/7.” Meek Mills continued on and on and on, with memes and underlying shade directed at the once love of his life, Nicki Minaj. He then deleted his account entirely in late October, only to return to Instagram just days later.
Meek Mill’s latest Instagram posts came just days after the breakup rumors began. Meek Mills seems to be upset that Nicki has sided with Drake during his breakup from Rihanna. Meek Mills claims she is “comforting” him and he doesn’t like that. Meek Mills posted “When it’s going down these n****s nowhere to found most of these n****a’s so temporary,” Mill also wrote on Instagram, “B***h’s so temporary. Say she f****** with him… I’m like she f****** wit who?” Meek then continued in another deleted post that appeared to slam both Nicki and Drake. “Cuz now she f****** wit me ‘tuh’ #YOUKNOWWWWWWW.”
Is the couple on off? Meek Mills and Nicki Minaj’s back and forth is now being questioned and possibly exposed as nothing but a publicity stunt. Meek Mill has been dating Nicki Minaj since 2015, but sources say that rapper Drake always wanted to be with Minaj, even when he was still dating Rihanna. This might be the reason that Rihanna now wants to get into a studio with Meek Mill and collaborate. Maybe Rihanna also wants Nicki Minaj to feel jealous when she starts working with her boyfriend. We will continue to wait for the receipts.
