(ThyBlackMan.com) Stevie J. and the Joseline Hernandez aka the Puerto Rican Princess is making Hugh headlines with an alleged lawsuit. Joseline Hernandez is now suing who she claims is the father of her baby girl Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J. This isn’t the first time Joseline has come after Stevie, in court about their daughter. In August, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez’s lawyer stated that Stevie was refusing to take a paternity test and still thought someone else was the baby’s father. It’s been rumored that rapper Young Dro was the father of Joseline’s baby, but neither one has been confirmed or denied.
According to TMZ, the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star is asking that Stevie is put on a parenting plan and child support as soon as possible. In the legal documents, Joseline has reportedly claimed that while Stevie J. won’t admit that he’s the father of her child, he has agreed to pay her medical bills associated with the baby. With 
the recent turn of events between the former couple and Stevie J’s mounting legal woes, though, Joseline Hernandez is afraid that he won’t even keep his original agreement to pay up on those medical bills.
Now Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J isn’t going down without a fight, as he also has a pending lawsuit against Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez for defamation of character, stating “She is ruining my brand”. In his suit, he claims that Joseline went as far as to file a report to Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services. She also wrote about it on her social media page which has a combined 2 million followers.
However defamation of character is the least of his worries. Do you remember the mention of “Ms. Jackson” a few months back? Yes, before Faith Evans stepped into the picture. Well Ms. Jackson reportedly was pregnant by Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Stevie J and due to his philandering ways aborted the baby. However Ms. Jackson is reportedly still pregnant. A week ago she threaten Stevie J. and Joseline by post on her Instagram page … “ Please Joseline .. stop @ me from all the fake account daily. You obsessed with me! Get over it..no one speaking of the cocaine using ex wannabe husband. Please know I was all over his page, life and my Porsche lived in Duluth.
When you were locked in the rooms having your fits! 3 years you “husband” stalked me down until he “think” he got me. I’m sick of you in my Dm begging for pictures and evidence that I send you but you won’t show those huh”. Ms. Jackson continues on, to the point Stevie J responded with “Usually I don’t do this but its time. When I was using drugs you were too, lets not get into the fake abortion and your raggedy assistant said you had so that means you were partying even with a baby in your stomach”. Confirmation that Stevie J has yet another baby on the way. Stevie J. and Ms. Jackson continue to drag each other on Instagram.
So what does this mean for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez? This is probably the reason why she is in court daily to make sure she and her baby girl get what is owed to them. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Joseline Hernandez knew of Ms. Jackson during their relationship as Ms. Jackson and Stevie J were said business partners.
