President Obama versus Jesus: Black Christians Must Decide.

Like Love Haha Wow Sad Angry

( A poll claims Romney will receive zero percent of the black vote. Well, if the poll proves correct, it means that a vast majority of black voters are ignorant of the truth… or else they’re racist.

Black Christians who vote for Obama knowing his crimes against Christianity and biblical principles haven chosen to worship the idol of racial loyalty over their discipleship to Jesus Christ. Pure and simple.

Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3

Incredibly, some blacks have completely forsaken their Christianity for Obama. A fellow PK (preacher’s kid) said her parents recently changed their stance on same-sex marriage in support of their black president. I find this remarkable.

Though I disagree, I have been sympathetic and understanding with black seniors who have suffered dearly, with hearts still bearing scars of racial injustice.

A year or so ago, I hosted the first Black Conservative Press Conference at the National Press Club in DC. Several prominent black conservatives from  numerous black conservative groups/organizations spoke. My brother brought my 84-year-old black dad from Baltimore. That evening, Dad said, “Everything I heard today is true. But, because of racism I suffered in my youth, I can not turn against Obama.”

At that time, I respectfully gave my hero, my preacher dad, a pass. Some may criticize me, saying, Lloyd, either you stand for conservatism or you do not. While you may have a valid point, it is in my DNA to respect my parents. How do you respectfully tell your usually character-driven parent that his decision to support Obama, no-matter-what, is rooted in racism and a refusal to forgive?

But now that Obama has been exposed as the most anti-Christian president in U.S. history, senior black Christians must no longer be given a pass for supporting this man.

At stake is something extremely important; their fellowship with Christ versus an idolatrous worship of skin-color.

Obama versus Jesus. “…Choose you this day whom ye will serve,” Joshua 24:15

A growing number of black clergy are publicly choosing Jesus over Obama — denouncing Obama for his support of same-sex marriage and his vow to be an advocate for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities.

Talk about hard core anti-Christian beliefs; not only does Obama support abortion, but he supports infanticide – killing babies who survive failed abortions.

Obama taught Alinsky tactics to university students from a book which its author dedicated to Lucifer. “Rules for Radicals” was written by Saul Alinsky.

Alinsky’s dedication says, “…the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer

Obama’s attacks on religious freedoms are numerous. Over 40 Catholic groups are suing Obama for mandating in Obamacare that faith-based institutions provide contraception and abortion services.

Make no mistake about it: the black church is home base/campaign headquarters for Democratic Party politics. IRS rules against political campaigning from the pulpit only applies to Republicans.

In his shameful, blatantly race-baiting “African-Americans for Obama” campaign ad, Obama says to go, “to your faith community” to promote his campaign. Obama actually instructs black churches to recruit “congregation captains” for his re-election campaign.

Rest assured; black churches which dis Jesus for Obama will not be investigated by the IRS for violating their 501c3 non-profit status.

But there is a higher authority. Woe unto black pastors who encourage their flocks to vote racial loyalty over biblical principles.

Incredibly, the roots of racial hatred run so insidiously deep into the hearts of some blacks who profess Christianity that Obama has their vote – period. These blacks will claim that my facts are lies, that videos have been doctored, and that I am a paid Uncle Tom sell-out to the Republicans. The Bible speaks of those who would rather believe a lie than the truth. Such are in my prayers.

In the biblical account of Christ’s Passion, the law gave the mob an opportunity to free one condemned prisoner, thus, saving their choice from crucifixion. Pilate asked the crowd, do I free Jesus or Barabbas? The crowd yelled, “Give us Barabbas!” Jesus was crucified.

Two thousand years later, biblical principles are scheduled for crucifixion in America. Black Christians are faced with a crucial choice; Jesus or Obama. I pray that come November, a majority of black Christians will not yell, “Give us Obama!”

  2. Oh, one more thing, even saying black Christians shows modern day religion is flawed. No jew nor gentile….

  3. Our propensity to the slave master’s version of the Bible keeps us down. Surprisingly, black churches Still have that white Jesus picture, Geez! Oh yes! Color Does matter absolutely. Our biggest problem is income inequality, and if Detroit ain’t enough to scare us, oh boy. Leave Obama alone for heaven’s sake.

  4. coleman says:

color has nothing to do with the word of God . obama is not a christian . romney is not a christian . so as a christian ,you have look at the one who is the most moral of the two. look at their platform . who is pro fag ? who is pro murder of unborn children ? who is pro muslum ? who supports the a.c.l.u. ? by the way ,the a.c.l.u. are the ones that are trying to kick God out of the country . they all ready got him out of the schools . who is a socialist ? dont look at color , look at the mans morals .color is not going save this country ,morals are !there are some black men out there, that have morals , they unfortuntely ,arent running this time around. and im not talking about the rev. jesse jackson or the rev. al sharpton…

  5. Deeann D. Mathews says:

The trouble is this: a vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for a man who is an awowed believer in a faith that distorts the understanding of the very Person of Jesus Christ, and a man who shares none of the Biblical concern for the very poor — the same logic that would condemn a Christian for voting for President Obama could also be used to dissuade a Christian from voting from Governor Romney.

I will just put it out there: I am not enthused as a Christian by the prospect of voting for EITHER man… but then again, I know that the Lord Jesus Christ will never be running for president of the United States. No one will ever come up to the standard required to be a perfect leader until He comes — so, this election, like every other in living memory, is a choice between two (deeply) flawed men, neither of whom fit a uniquely Christian vision of what leadership of a nation should be. Both candidates trouble me deeply, and I am not quite sure what I am going to do… but in the meantime it does not do Governor Romney any favors to say a vote against him is an abdication of Christian belief. I do not dispute the facts about the president’s record mentioned in this article — but the same logic cuts back against Governor Romney!

    @ConsiderThis, AMEN.

  7. ConsiderThis says:

Here is my dilemmas. I know like Obama himself knows that he represents a party that represents same sex marriage. That’s why he and his wife felt it needful to voice their support. But I think about where we are in this divide: ex: Chic Fillet boycotts. We are barreling thru at high speeds to the return of Christ: things are changing very very fast. The issue is not picking a party or candidate or even picking a religion. Being a “Christian” has led me to ever evolving doctrinal “teachings”. But when I open my Bible, it asks me will I pick up my cross and follow Him?? The Lord reminds me that they hated him and so it will be no different for me (But He promised to be with me). Last week, it was if I chose to be friends with the world, then I also chose to be an enemy of God. I can’t decide for others. But I MUST decide for myself. From here on out, it looks like it’s gonna take some courage. I have to ask myself will I keep that cross and continue to follow Him now? Then I will cast my vote.

  8. Doesn’t matter who you vote for. Both sides are looking out for the elite puppet masters, hence ONLY two political parties. Both parties serve the same (Satantic) god and agenda. By giving you a sense of empowerment / vote, you feel like your making a REAL decision on what you think is best. Does not matter who wins. The true liberty and consititutional rights and natural freedoms are slowly being taken away. People are wanting more government (control) instead of less. The values of man have turned away from God and money seems to be the only god man serves. Jesus lived off the land and w/o government and saw the corruption. Obama nor Romney can (and wont) change a thing.

  9. Wrong Approach says:

It’s interesting how we can come down on President Obama’s position on Gay Marriage and other social issues, when In my opinion he is trying to be president of the United States of America. That same United States that gives the church Tax Exempt which obviously keeps them from speaking their truth regarding the gay issue. If we want to point the finger it should be at these preachers and local leaders that have kept their mouths shut for years, way before President Obama got into office. Long wasn’t doing his immoral acts just this years, he has been at it for years. These churches that turn their heads to domestic violence (when the word tells us HUSBANDS love your wives), or
when people have been living together for many years (and I believe Jesus asked the woman to go back and get her husband) to which she replied, he is not my husband and he said you are right (John4:17-18)… now leave your life of sin (living together). Why do we want to find these so called convictions when the power in these issues lie at the local level where the leadership doesn’t want to call each other out. I believe we need to be fair and realize our President is between a rock and a hard place and I believe if Romey gets in we will all be under a rock and a hard place. Stop the bashing. President Obama is working his butt off for all Americans.

@Jay, Twenty four years ago my husband migrated to this country at the age of 23. Upon his arrival he learned that he did not have a promised academic scholarship so he contacted his sponsor to inform him of this. His sponsor replied by telling him to figure it out because he had done his part by giving him a one way ticket to the land of opportunity.

My husband began his American journey by approaching a manager of a restaurant and asking him for a job. The manager hired him on the spot and wanted to know when could he start. My husband replied now so the manager handed him a mop and he mopped the entire restaurant in sandals. At closing the manager informed my husband that he would have to wear slip resistant shoes and told him to check with the goodwill or salvation army.

After securing his employment with the restaurant, my husband approached the football coach at the local University. He told the coach that while he had never played football before in his country they called it soccer and he knew he could kick that ball between the goal posts. The coach replied lets see what you got. No matter what distance my husband was asked to kick the ball it always landed between the goal posts. Finally, the coach told my husband that he had a full scholarship along with the added responsibility of tutoring his team members.

Four years into my husband’s American Journey he worked full-time, tutored his team members, earned an Engineering Degree and was recruited by a Fortune 500 Company which is where we met and married within a year. Today we are small business owners that believe in Individual/American Exceptionalism over Big Government which is why we are both voting for Romney.

I’m not an African American, but my vote has almost always gone to Democrats because I am a Christian. No matter how many times I hear some Christians speak of Republican platform planks and policies as being more Christian, I am still amazed. I couldn’t face Christ or God at the end if I supported most Republican political policies, for I would be too ashamed.

  12. Elton says:

Wow, how black folks Cling to the slave master’s religion. Prostitutes say their most money making is when black church ministers have their convention. In My opinion, clinging to the silliness of the slave master’s version of Your Bible, will keep black folks in perpetual ignorance and weakness. What a sad sad race we have become.

  13. Jay says:

I recommend everyone to WATCH THE MOVIE “ISAIAH 9:10 JUDGMENT.”

This movie explains/articulates very carefully on what is going on in America (U.S.) Additionally, I am curious as to who people are voting for this election and why??

    Please respond.

  14. truthsmack says:

WOW. I can understand your view and christian belief. To equate religion with politics is truely wrong. GOD bless you. it appears you are making quite a bit in slalry as you are not worried about the future. Everyone has to stand before GOD and be judged. While here on earth we are suppose to help our fellow brothers and sisters of all kinds prosper. Have you done your duty?

  15. Vic Rauch says:

LLoyd, great article! I find it amazing how some can close their eyes to the truth, and then not be able to see the truth of “their man.” I have been praying for Mr. Obama’s salvation for a little over 4 years now. He seems to be such a good man, but for whatever reason, does not seem to like the freedoms we have in the USA. I’m also praying for Mitt’s salvation, and that of him family too!
This is a link to a great sermon by Pastor John Piper of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. In this sermon from 2 Timothy 4:9-22, Pastor John explains some of the hurt Paul went through, yet forgave those that hurt him and called them helpful to himself. Maybe your father would like to hear or watch this sermon.

  16. DaTruth says:

The polls that indicate 0.0% blacks will support Romney are false, this is part of Romney’s strategy. I’m not a Romney supporter but it is impossible for 100% of black people to vote for Obama. The false claims are intended to insight and infuriate white electorate to come out in mass for the GOP. Lloyd Marcus, a self made Sambo, himself is a glaring example of what I just said.
