(ThyBlackMan.com) Today, I read an article on an alternative news outlet about the ridiculous salaries that these football and basketball coaches receive.

1. Nick Saban/Alabama Football – $7 million
2. Jim Harbaugh/Michigan Football – $7 million
3. John Calipari/Kentucky Basketball – $7 million

At most universities across the country, the football or basketball coach is usually the highest paid employee on campus, more than the administrators, chancellor, faculty, and the president.

But here’s the racial undertone to that – Most of that money the football and basketball coaches a year is coming off the backs of 2016-saban-harbaughunpaid athletic labor (most athletes come from poor inner city neighborhoods).

The thing about it these same racist institutions that will gladly go out of their way to pay these coaches $7 million dollars a year turns around and tells that inner city athlete an excuse of “we can’t afford to pay you anything to pay your mom’s bills or get her out of the projects. It’s sick, egregious, and racist.

And what’s even worse is that these big PWIs like Alabama, Kentucky, and Michigan, there are huge egregious violations that are currently happening on the academic front due to their toxic obsession for financial greed through their athletic departments.

When caucasoids and negropeans say that athletes don’t deserve the right to have labor rights like the rest of us have. My response would be “If they think a scholarship is worth as much, then fine, then go to Nick Saban and take away his $7 million a year salary and give him a scholarship, and see how quickly he cusses you out and quits his job.”

I remember watching a documentary called Schooled: The Price of College Sports a few months ago where a former college football player said that there were many nights that he would go to bed hungry. So one night he called his old coach and told him to buy him some tacos and the coach did bring him the tacos. He said the next day, he saw his old coach pull up in a brand new Lexus and he was shocked.

We have been psychologically misled to believe that it’s okay for most of these suburban guys that are making between $4-$7 million a year salaries to buy a mansion, yacht, or even bring their family and friends to the game, but it’s wrong for a star inner city athlete or his mom to take some money from under the table to have something to eat or to get out of the projects. It’s sick and racist at the same time.

The Conclusion – What I am hoping for is that these inner city men will one day have the courage to take a stand by basically boycotting all the college football and basketball games until The NCAA is forced to deconstruct and rebrand themselves in a way that is fair and equitable so that inner city athletes can get a modest fraction of the money that they’re making for these universities so that he can get their mothers out of the projects
