Born and raised in Bronx, she is currently engaged to Carl Crawford, a baseball player who is associated with the Los Angeles Dodgers. She is mother to an adult daughter whom she had from a previous relationship and a son whom she had with Carl.
Evelyn Lozada is a reality star who is well-known for her candour and her genuineness. Her life may be an open book but her 
relationship with her fiancé is a closely guarded matter. This is in accordance to her fiancé’s wish, which she respects and hence keeps her life a strictly private matter. She is extremely protective of her family and has categorically said that she does not want camera crews on her wedding day.
While Evelyn Lozada is extremely fond of her 14month baby Leo, it is her daughter who just did her proud by signing up with a famous modelling agency. But as a reality star, she certainly lived it up on “Basketball Wives” which follows lives of girlfriends, wives and ex-wives of basketball players. She is also seen in another Los Angeles based reality show, “Livin’ Lozada”. She is seen actually raising a growing family in this reality show which has been on air for quite some time now.
After having been the firecracker wife in “Basketball wives” for five years in a row, she took a two-year break. But for Evelyn Lozada the choice was already made. She was neither averse to playing out the reality of her life in front of the cameras, nor was she a stranger to the high pitched drama seen on reality television. This made her bounce back with her own reality show, “Livin’ Lozada”. She even confessed to both, her third pregnancy and subsequent miscarriage, on the show.
Having gone through a lot in life which included a domestic violence incident with her former husband, Evelyn Lozada has still managed to remain true to herself. She is a very positive person and believes that goodness can be put in one’s life by portraying the same in her reality show. This realness is also why her fans love her so much.
