(ThyBlackMan.com) Officer and killer Daniel Pantaleo will neither face federal nor state charges for choking Eric Garner to death and African Americans all over this country should be outraged. This murdered used a banned chokehold and still won’t serve time – until he hopefully burns in Hell, that is. Eric Garner was illegally selling cigarettes (big deal) now he is dead at the hands of a murderous white police officer who appears to have gotten away with it. The sickening state grand jury did not stand against the rogue cop. The federal government Justice Department again proved justice for a man of color is a joke in this country. And a financial settlement does not bring Eric Garner back. We must NEVER FORGET, EVER!
Racist Attorney General Bill Barr (Trump lackey) inserted himself into the matter and chose not to prosecute the rogue police officer. He took the side of the Justice Department in New York over the civil rights team in Washington DC that was addressing the claims of Eric Garner’s civil rights having been violated. Former Maryland Assistant Attorney General Debbie Hines has stated she believed there was enough evidence to charge the police officer. Racism in our face yet again where lynchings come with a badge and a system that protects them even now. Wake up people.
Even many of our African American attorneys are doing nothing and have likely been bought off as slaves to the legal system. So as we who can breaths are alive to do so, we need to stand up and speak out. We need our “black” politicians, panthers, NAACP, SCLC, Black Lives Matters, Al Sharptons, Jesse Jacksons and Louis Farrakhans to speak up.
We need our “black” churches to speak up for what is right so where are you Dale Bronner, Creflo Dollar, T.D. Jakes, Fred Price? We need our African American athletes and entertainers to speak up now. Where are you Colin Kapernick, Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, Kanye, Oprah and others? Unless you have been bought off and remain on the leash of the Massah. Where are you?
Just as we find out about a civil rights activist in Louisiana found dead in the trunk of her car, this BS hits. So if you think things cannot happen to you because of where you live, what you drive, how much you make or the fact that you work around white people who smile at you – WAKE UP! All it takes today is to look at the fake President we have, the millions and the punked Republican Trump zombies to see that racism is alive and well.
Stay legal but pull your cameras out. Report whenever you see a rogue cop. Be a witness for the victim. Get others involved. Post the videos you capture. File anonymous complaints. Step up, stand up, wake up, speak out. File lawsuits. Join in class action law suits. Tell others. Form support groups. Set up copwatch groups. Connect with other groups like this online. Team up. Stand together. BE STRATEGIC. Unite. Hold our African American district attorneys, judges and politicians accountable. Vote them out if they don’t stand up and speak up. And still rally, protest and march, but don’t stop there. Don’t ever stop there.
When they finish their racist pre-occupation with Hispanic people, they are going to turn right back to the priority of oppressing and brainwashing “black” America. Expect them to step up their racism, incarcerations, profiling and discrimination. And when they do and it reaches your door, what will you do then? DO NOT IGNORE WHAT IS HAPPENING. Be part of the solution or you are part of the problem. The plantation will close when we stop welcoming it, participating in it and believing that it is in place to help us. The plantations of today are corporate, governmental and not just in prisons.
When a police officer asks you to do something, comply because you need to walk away unharmed and with no charges. Then, if he or she violated your rights or hurt you, do everything you can legally to make sure he or she never, ever carries a badge again. And if possible, find a real lawyer who will fight for real justice for you.
Don’t let your lack of bad experiences keep you in denial. Don’t let the fact that you can visit the same churches, grocery stores, banks and spas as “white” people fool you. In America your color makes you a target, whether you like it or not and whether you believe it or not. Persecution of the African American community is happening every week, just more covertly, in some cases. WAKE UP, DO SOMETHING!!!
