Here’s How ‘President Ted Cruz’ Will Govern.

(ThyBlackMan.com) The conventional wisdom is that the GOP candidate who poses the far greater peril than Trump can’t possibly win the GOP presidential nomination, and would have absolutely no chance in a general election. The result is that few have actually taken the time to closely scrutinize Ted Cruz’s actual record. Now that the race for the GOP presidential contest is effectively a two-man race between Trump and Cruz, and the GOP establishment is mounting a furious, all out full court press to stop Trump, it’s time to take the hard look at Ted Cruz that should have been done long ago.

In 2000, the then twenty-nine-year old Ted Cruz was the domestic policy advisor to the Bush presidential campaign and a former law clerk for the hard-line, strictest of the strict constructionist SCOTUS chief justice William Rehnquist. From his Bush post, Cruz lined up the legal team that wrangled the conservatives on the Supreme Court to halt the disputed election Florida election count and tip the White House to Bush. Ted Cruz’ star skyrocketed in the GOP after that triumph.

While Ted Cruz has seemingly warred with the GOP establishment at times, the fight has been mostly over his style, personality, and comportment, but not on the key issues from abortion and Planned Parenthood to the economy and foreign policy. Take Cruz’s rough edge off his bluster about these issues, and his stance on them is tedcruz-president-2016 mostly in line with the party’s on many of these issues. Ted Cruz has been on the political scene long enough to have enough of a paper trail to piece together a fairly accurate picture of what he will say and do on the big ticket issues such as the budget, government spending, civil rights enforcement, the environment, crime control, the military and foreign policy if in the White House, and compare him to Trump.

On civil rights and civil liberties, Trump accepts the Supreme Court decision in support of gay marriage, says he’s “fine” with affirmative action, and will enforce the laws on hate crimes. Cruz would do all to wipe out the Supreme Court’s pro-gay marriage ruling, clamp down on gay pride parades, would oppose reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act, would Require voters to show IDs, and, of course, would outlaw any and all abortions. He’d dump the common core standards and let local school districts decide all education issues with no federal checks and controls. Trump hasn’t gone that far and taken a total hands off by the feds of education decisions.

While Trump toes the pro-forma GOP line and derides climate change as a “hoax,” he at least acknowledges that there may be some need to take some action. Not Cruz, he signed the No Climate Tax Pledge, flatly said no to initiatives to protecting ocean, coastal and great Lakes ecosystems, and would open up all federal lands to oil, gas and coal companies.

Trump takes the GOP tough line on military confrontation in the Middle East and anywhere else, but he’d also cut funding for the Defense Department. Ted Cruz won’t. He’ll ramp it up and put boots on the ground in the Middle East, unleash a non-stop air war on ISIS, and its supporters, put ABMs in Eastern Europe to confront Russia, and oppose any dealings with Iran. While Trump took much heat for backing waterboarding and torture, Cruz would just keep whatever torture is done “classified” meaning the public just won’t know about it.

Trump dutifully repeats the GOP party line that the Affordable Care Act is a “disaster,” and will try to repeal and replace it. Cruz wouldn’t just talk about it, to quote him “he’d throw his body in front of a train to stop it.” He backed that up by trying to shut down to get the Senate to vote for repeal. Trump talks big about cracking down on labor unions, flatly opposes any minimum wage increase, advocates a border wall, and will crack down on Muslims coming and going in the country. But Ted Cruz has actually voted against every immigration reform proposal, a minimum wage increase, supports a border wall, and will give police agencies virtual unlimited authority to investigate immigrants.

Trump won’t abolish the IRS. Cruz will. Trump will negotiate some trade agreements even with US foes, Cruz would oppose many of them. Trump hasn’t said much about his plan for Social Security and Medicare. Ted Cruz has. He’d fully privatize Social Security, hike the age for Medicare eligibility, and “demand” a balanced budget amendment which would effectively slash and burn funding if not outright eliminate legions of health, education and job programs.

Cruz’s record has made him the run-away darling of every tea party, fringe and respected ultra-conservative, religious freedom, federalist, and state rights group in the nation. While millions cringe in stark terror at the prospect of a Trump nomination and White House occupancy, Ted Cruz is being put forth by much of the GOP establishment as the respectable alternative to Trump. ‘President’ Cruz anyone?

The only reason the Republicans and Democrats are throwing derogatory remarks at Donald Trump, is their lucrative worlds are about to collapse. All the perks from the Special interests are falling apart, because the American people have had enough of ‘Business as Usual’ from the corporate and industrial entities, which buy the votes in Washington. We saw the beginning of this from the former Presidente of Mexico Vicente Fox and now the new Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto who is storming around, giving interviews and calling Trump Hitler, which shows to me their seriously worried about Trump reaching the Oval office and eroding their wealth of bribes and corruption offered to them by political partiers and the mega corporate manufacturing base. State of Ohio last year lost 16.000 jobs, that’s why we need is Trumps fair and balanced free trade. Trump knows what he is talking about, as he sees it as ‘Commonsense’. Trade.

As a nominee for Democratic President, has said she will kill ‘Fracking’ oil and natural gas which will kill thousands of jobs in Ohio and elsewhere.

It doesn’t take the proverbial rocket scientist to apprehend that the Hierarchy in the Republican Party had allowed the development of the (NAFTA) treaty with jobs and parts of our industrial base shrinking and ending up in Mexico, especially the auto industry. However, the disintegration of our laws are still going on with the latest move of Carrier, moving out; Ford is building 2 Billion and joining its other plants across our border. King Obama has bypassed Congress since his coronation to press open borders for foreign nationals and unlawful practices in allowing more illegal aliens into our country, without prosecution or deportation.

You don’t have to look that far to understand that there is sewer in Washington where corruption ferments as the Politicians sell the American people out to the highest bidder. To win a seat in Congress you really have no choice, but to sell your soul to a lobbyist, who is the wing man to some unknown wealthy donor who always want something in return for claiming a space in Washington–and that’s stealing American citizens vote. The Republican establishment has committed their own suicide, by playing along with Omnibus budget, allowing the Obama to fund all his objectives. Now with Obamas access to incomprehensible $2.2 trillion Mother Lode funds, which will pay for importation into the country unknown Syrian Refugees and the continued, pandering to illegal aliens. Lawmakers should have started impeachment on this rogue president in his first term, when they had a chance prior to given out freebies to anybody who ask for them–including illegal aliens.

Why in the first place do you think we have had these massive surges in family units, unaccompanied children, and also criminals from the opposite side of the border? Obama signaled the world that if you could reach the United States, you wouldn’t be sent back. Once they arrive here, they are suffocating the welfare system from cradle to grave and the pyramid sponsorship of bring in other family members. Intentionally smuggling in pregnant women to have there babies here, free of charge and then become public charges.

Annually we are being invaded by millions of illegal aliens and this moron of a President has just ordered the Border Patrol to let them go.

The National Immigration center (NIC) says we now have at least 15 million plus illegal aliens in the country, and a rising cost since 2013 originally $$138 Billion dollars. Only chance we have to stop this travesty, is voting for Donald Trump. Hillary Clinton will carry on Obamas illegal executive orders, if she happens to win the White House. On the Republican side others than Trump, have to sacrifice the little integrity they have, to do the bidding of the US Chamber of Commerce who have used their influence and Super PAC’s cash to lure the legislators votes to bring as much cheap labor as allowed, and a lax cap on growing number of H1-B visa permits to steal jobs from current American workers.

Sen. Marco Rubio has been trying to defend his not accepted effort to expand the controversial H-1B outsourcing program by claiming that he wants to protect American professionals from being replaced by low-wage foreign professionals. But Rubio’s claim is “an outright fabrication,” said Howard University’s Ron Hira, an expert on the H-1B outsourcing program. Rubio “has not included any such limiting proposal in any bill, even though he had ample opportunity to do so.” furthermore, Rubio’s claim that there is a 90-day advertising period is also false. Each foreign professional can remain up to six years, so Rubio’s annual inflow of 195,000 H-1Bs would allow Americans companies to hire roughly 1.2 million foreign professionals in place of American professionals.

Cruz: He wants you to forget he was born in Canada. Cruz, while Cruz’s father fought alongside Castro before fleeing Cuba, yet his elder Cruz’s sister fought against the Communist regime. Roy Beck, founder and executive director of Californians for Population Stabilization http://www.capsweb.org spoke to The Daily Caller Tuesday about the differences between the two candidates Trump and Cruz and how he feels both will return America to policies that benefit the citizen worker. For instance Cruz is not going to build a massive wall of 1000 miles, as he is only talking about fencing, which for all intents and purposes doesn’t work. The drug cartels have used huge ramps, to drive their trucks across and he has not mentioned distances. Cruz is a liar, a cheat as we have seen with the nasty trick he played on Ben Carson, pressing voters with Robo-calls and playing the difference between honesty and illegal, and it seems to be fully in cooperation with the Republican class. Don’t be fooled by Ted Cruz as he can be purchased buy the Special interests, but they have nothing that can buy Donald Trump?
