Bill Parker you will get no argument from this writer. As a matter of fact I agree with your assessment that Dawn Staley is the cream of the BB crop! Period!

Dawn Staley has developed a winning culture at the University of South Carolina. I have followed her since she was an All-American point guard at the University of Virginia. She gets recruits with character as well as talent, and they put team first!! Giving their best unselfishly to produce winning results. She is an excellent team leaders who help players develop their potentials. In the WNBA, she gets too many me-first players, whose attitudes, quite frankly work against a winning team culture. Dawn Staley is in the same league with Coach Phil Jackson, former head coach of the Chicago Bulls; he built his culture around selflessness and compassion! She is an absolute to the game of college basketball, as was Coach Mike Kryzewski, former head coach at Duke. That culture remains today!!
