Hitler executed American captives because he considered them still as enemy combatants. We considered that war crimes and punished those responsible. At this time our military is executing people who are not enemy combatants who are suspected of a crime that is not punishable by death without due process or even an opportunity to surrender. Please tell me why this is not a crime. It’s not a war crime because there is no war. It is just a plain and simple crime that needs to be charged.
