Remember, when Racist white America talks about DEI, People of Color and Minority they are actaully referring other races other than black people. When our Racist goverment accepts responsibiity for certain mistakes to people of color or minorities they are actually given and passing laws that will only benefit the following groups in this particular order.
1. White Women
2. Jewish community
3. Hispanic communty
4. Asian community
5. LGBT community
6. Middle eastern community
7. African American community.

Indeed, the first group of minorities to receive any type of benefits from our goverment is the whie women, because our goverment that is run by white men have insured to include his white women in every group in America that coudl receive any type of benefits and or reparations; therefore, the white woma n of America is included in the category of people of color, Minoriities, DEI and Affrimative Actions.

So I vote to get rid of DEI and also get rid of the so called appliaton for employment and housing where they asked you for your ethnicity and gender. Yes, stop asking the american citizen in any application if were are either white or black or male or female. Surely, if i own a repair shot that specializes in fixing luxury cars, I dont need to know if you are white or black or maler or female or gay or straight. All I need to know if you know how to turn wrenches and fixes luxury cars.
