I think that Mrs. Harris knows that to maximize citizen freedom via our U.S. Constitution, and its Amendments, which are the foundations of our pluralistic,representative democracy with it capitalist economic base, is to tweak them both through the legislative efforts of Congress, and the Presidency in order to make the best better. America is very young as a nation,and we shouldn’t even think about trying to become an autocracy, or a dictatorship.
