Your words resonate deeply and remind us that overcoming discrimination is not just a matter of policy but of humanity. The struggle against racism must be persistent and inclusive, engaging everyone in the fight for equality. The call for America to harmonize globally also speaks volumes about understanding and empathy beyond our borders. Change is slow, but each step forward is a step towards a more just world. Let's keep pushing together.

America can never expect to prosper when it allows a black section of its citizenry to be openly discriminated against. Stop allowing white America to try and get our concerns as citizens out of their way. Each generation of racist white America finds a way to make a distinction between them and the rest of America's citizenry. Racist white America needs DEI, Civil Rights, the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and all other legal efforts to try and convince racist white America to join the human race. African America should think about America's futile efforts to openly discriminate against people of color all the while knowing that at least two thirds of the planet's people are non-white. America should learn to get along with the rest of the world because" the meek will surely inherit the earth ", and no amount of bombs and bullets will change this.

It seems you are not a supporter of DEI or other programs designed to assist those who have been marginalized. Are you aware that Black people have struggled significantly to gain representation? While some argue that the U.S. system is still flawed, it appears you view it differently. I firmly believe that Black people must continue to progress and ensure that the government does not terminate these types of programs.

This statement may not be well-received, as many Black people are not aware that affirmative action no longer primarily benefits us. Indeed, many other groups are now benefiting from it, so perhaps it's time to reconsider its purpose. As for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, I believe they are necessary. Currently, it's challenging for Black women and men to advance in corporate America. At least with DEI, there is a mechanism that compels Fortune 500 companies to provide us with opportunities.
