About forty-eight years ago,while in the U.S. Army,I had the opportunity to discuss fighting strategies with the great Muhammad Ali when he visited Anchorage, Alaska.The Champ and I discussed some of his strategies he used in the ring to win a fight.The Champ was real proud when he discussed ending each round of the fight close to his corner therefore forcing his opponent to have to walk back across the ring to his appointed corner.His opponent, who had to walk back across the ring,was using up valuable, much needed energy after every round walking back to his appointed corner, in addition,he had less time to rest on his seat before the bell rang,and he started beating on his opponent’s head,and body once more.President Biden, the Champ, should use these kinds of mental, and physical strategies to help him defeat the Autocrat Trump.

It’s disappointing that in 2024, our choices for presidential candidates are so limited. Our political system desperately needs reform, as it appears neither the Democratic nor Republican parties are adequately prepared to govern the country. Despite this, I am aware that many people will likely vote to re-elect Joe Biden, believing that a presidency under Donald Trump would be detrimental to the nation.
