May the brother, Joe ‘The Black Eagle’ Madison, rest in peace. He was one of the few DC DJs who always kept it real, regardless of whether the politicians were Democrats or Republicans. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to him over the years; he truly was one of a kind. He was a man who encouraged everyone to do better and sincerely wanted to see his community thrive.
