Your mental twisting of the lessons of the biblical book of Ecclesiastes, supposedly authored by the imperfect Hebrew ruler, King Solomon,defines contortion.King Solomon, also known as ” the preacher “defined existence in this world as being ” a vanity of vanities “( i.e. Ecclesiastes 1:2-8 KJV ).Solomon( i.e.a king, a ruling monarch for life ) had a turbulent relationship( i.e. Solomon disobeyed Hebrew law) with his God.Solomon, by accusing existence in this world as being ” vanity ” fits right in with the nihilistic thoughts of contemporary Republican leaders like Donald John Trump.Solomon concluded that human life,including his own life, was, and is, nothing but ” vanity “,or without purpose other than that which the ruler gives it.This conclusion by Solomon is the republican’s nihilistic definition of our existence today.This existence deviates completely from our definition of a democracy.

It’s somewhat disappointing that in 2024, we’ll have to choose between these two men for leadership positions. Some might argue that they are past their prime. Where are the younger, more forward-thinking politicians who can drive America’s progress? Both political parties desperately need fresh perspectives and new talent.
