One of the reasons I'm still alive, today, is that – when a large, berserk driver had left his car and was in my car, clutching my shirt front, screaming that he was going to kill me – I had a handgun with me. I didn't have to shoot, but was ready to do so. I didn't consider my handgun optional, and neither did the police, later reviewing the event.

There is no right more basic than being able to defend one's life against lethal assault. The individual's right to own arms was featured in the English Bill of Rights, written a century before our own Bill of Rights.

Let's remember that the Democratic Party is the same political party that supported slavery. The GOP was established specifically to fight slavery. Early gun control laws were specifically about banning the ownership of firearms by black people. Martin Luther King knew his life was in danger, applied for a permit to carry a handgun, and was denied that permit.

Every single American citizen must owned a gun to protect their families and loves ones from evil and the wicked. More so, every single African American men, women and LGBT must exercise their second amendment rights by legally purchasing guns, rifles, shot guns, ammunitions, body armor, Kevlar helmets, survival food and first kits to protect our black Christian children from the onslaught of Racist America and their constant discrimination, racism, bias, prejudice, replacement theory plaguing our black communities.

We are at war black America and we have no friends here except for our own kind. Racist White America, Racist Hispanic American, Racist Asian America and every other race are against us and they will do everything in their power to eradicate us as black people. Remember, they are taking all our jobs, they are gentrifying our community, they are denying us jobs, loans and grants and they are letting hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants across the border to replace the black vote. Yes, we as black people are becoming obsolete and pretty soon we will end up like the native americans living in reservations and drinking or druging themselves to death

It's not surprising that Marc Morial would write such an article. He's quick to criticize the NRA but remains silent on the issue of gun violence in his hometown of New Orleans. If I'm not mistaken, he was once the Mayor there. How was the crime rate during his tenure? I'll leave that point as it is and encourage my fellow Americans to proudly uphold their right to bear arms.

It appears that there are desires for the dissolution of the NRA. Despite this, it's clear that Americans will not surrender their right to bear arms. In this free country, I intend to continue carrying a gun. As for Wayne LaPierre, considering that no one is without flaws, why should we judge him?
