These ethical codes of conduct for judges should meet both the letter, and spirit of Anglo-American jurisprudence law evidenced by legal precedence enacted, and documented as case law by all verifiable legal mechanisms relative thereto.These ethical codes should be uniform in the governance of local, state, and federal judges.No one should be above the law.
