I agree. And the need is even more immediate now, with the demise of Affirmative Action, which never benefited black Americans that much, we must be far more independent now. But I'll go even further, black parents really need to step up and start creating weekend school study groups for our kids. This would tremendously help our kids once they graduate High School and enter college or trade school.

And as far as HBCUs are concerned, if black professional athletes were more aware of how the NFL and NBA totally abuses black America, they would create partnerships with the leagues that will fund HBCUs from a percentage of league earnings. But again, I know that's mostly wishful thinking.

I agree with this article that it is never to late to earn your degree and indeed it is never to late to unite our African American community under the flag of independence and freedom via the use and support of HBCU's which stands for Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

As African Americans who love our people and our community, we must emphasis in our children the concept of attending and supporting black colleges and universities which in turn can help our community in building a new black America for black people in the same way that our forefathers build black wall street for us by us, which was eventually destroyed, burned down and pillaged by Racist America.

Every black father and black mother must encourage their children, nephews, nieces, cousin, step sons, step daughters to attend, enrolled and graduated from HBCU'S, there are over 117 different black HBCU'S all over the United States of America that is specific and tangible for black men, black women, afro Latinos, afro Caribbeans etc.. where you will receive and education and skillful knowledge that are specific and tangible for the success of the African community in the United States of America.

Remember that over 78% of African American doctors, lawyers, engineers, professor, prosecutors, district attorneys, scientist are graduates from HBCU's and are married to African Americans as it should be today, tomorrow and the future, in order to ensure the prosperity and survival of the black race in America. the HBCU's were built as a center of safe education and stress free from the daily onslaught of racism and police brutality that black children endure while attending Predominant White Institutions also known as PWI'S.

it is in the best interest of black America to send our black Christian children to black owned private schools, colleges and universities that have the best interest and safety of our black children against racist America and their Replacement Theory of preventing the black men and black women from uniting and building a society of prosperity for our black Christian children.
