” Go down Moses away down in Egypt City, tell ole Pharaoh to let my people go.”The lawlessness that you speak of is entirely the fault of the metaphoric Pharaoh which is “Congress of the United States of America. ” DC exists as a District without the political, economic, and social benefits of being a sovereign state.This body of racist,white supremacist, and white privileged politicians continues to maintain a death grip on many of the minds, bodies, and souls of the residents of Washington D.C..They do this by controlling the purse strings of the DC governmental entities. Much of the crime that you see in DC are committed by African Americans struggling to survive within an economic system carefully conceived by an uncaring congress.This economic control is deliberately designed to create misery for all who dare to live in, or visit DC..Where are the sophisticated technological jobs for DC residents ? Have the DC school systems updated their teaching curricula in such a way as to create DC residents that can fill good paying high tech jobs within government, and private industries ? Pharaoh has not let our people go so we therefore must continue to suffer the plague of crime until pharaoh gets tired of looking at the mirroring of his own racial hatred for his fellow citizens called Washington, DC..
