Actually Hoe culture is very common in today’s society, and especially in the black community. We have 75% unwed single mothers, a ton of deadbeat single fathers, it’s now a badge of honor to be a Baby Mama or Baby Daddy along with all the dysfunctional drama that comes with it.

Most black music promotes this behavior in some way for the last 50 years. And we all act like everything is okay.
