They grant certiorari at their own discretion,and congress has legislated laws that allow for the rich to gain legal access to it members.

We knew who he was. And if we didn’t Anita Hill tried to tell us. And yet we all (both the left and right) exercised mental acrobatics in an effort to convince ourselves he would be ok. The debate stretched from, he will change to, if it’s not him it will be some “other” right wing nut job”. Well, compromise was “NOT” the best suit for this prom.
