The church no longer follows Jesus Christ or hears his voice. They have departed and given up on him and made their own man-made idol they worship and follow. The man-made, man-editted, man-changed, man-worshiped thing they call Holy. The Bible. They no longer hear the true voice of the shepherd who is the true Word of God. Miracles have ceased, not because God has changed but because they have departed from the true God and are looking for another leader to replace Him. The Antichrist. The most inspired Scriptures, the Apochripha, and other rejected Scriptures, the book of Enoch, Gospel of Thomas, were removed and hidden after more than two thousand years of use by the early church. The truth is no church will lead you to heaven. Only those individual who hear and follow the voice of Jesus can enter the bridal chamber. The true Church is the bride of Christ and only the solitary can enter. The false churches we have now are the way to Hell.

Oh, my God! Finally, someone has spoken on this much-needed subject. I’ve been trying to write about it and ask my Christian friends/pastors about the SILENCE! Why are the men/women of leadership SO SILENT ON ALL THESE HORRIBLE ISSUES plaguing our country and Black people. I miss the era of real men who stood up as a united voice… like Martin Luther King, Jr. Where are the true people and men and women of Christ??? Most — especially the well-known so-called Christians–are just talking about money and cars and THINGS. Not about the PEOPLE and the needs of a sick society. Cowards. That’s all I can say. I was delighted to finally read something addressing this issue…As a mom, I especially say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Devout Christians – Today’s Church: Without A Clue. The article comment, “Where is the truth that should be coming from the mouths of those who call themselves prophets?” is so true! Truth is available and promised. (John 16:13-“When He (God’s Holy Spirit), the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth…). I read a book by EG White, “The Great Controversy”, which seems to give an inspired view unlike that presented in most of Protestant churches; Especially the last 6-7 character. Check it out…test its accuracy.

Care for the people? Really? Did you know that out of 20 industrial nations the U.S. was in last place with a numerical grade of 50 when an average grade was 75? Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and Canada far outperformed the U.S. in managing covid. That was accomplished by using OBJECTIVE measures for deaths, new cases, and % vaccinated. Then the 3 grades were averaged. Jefferson & Washington wrote that the educated were supposed to SIMPLIFY complex matters for the uneducated. The GOP culture that appears to be ENFP led did not do that. They confounded and confused the issue beyond recognition to cover their incompetence. I kept seeing Trump’s Evangelical advisory board tell the public NOT to listen to the press. More than 800,000 died for their ignorance & arrogance.

Your article title uses the word CLUELESS. After 43 years of “false & negative judgements” and lies from unhealthy minds, they KNOW NOTHING! Abusive personalities have been seen before. They abuse other people and their OFFICES (high positions) for financial gain. “Conceited and understanding nothing” in 1 Timothy matches clueless. Does “conceited” sound like Trump? “ONLY I can fix your problems?” The people need to crank up their discernment skills. But recognize that it is an UNFAIR CONTEST when the educated are deceiving the uneducated. At those times, the people need to be “judges of good character”. BEWARE CHARISMA, it may only be “the boyish charm” that is the mask an abusive male personality wears. Women have to be especially careful because Wetzler wrote in 1993 that they are often “suckers for the boyish charm” of a passive aggressive male (unbalanced ENFP). Look deeper than mere “appearances”. Look at what they DO, and less on what they SAY! Stare at 1 Timothy 6:3-5. Does it match “the time that we are in?”

Democracy is based on morality. Our moral leaders became politicians once they started to inflict their “faith-based politics“ on the nation.
It is NOT hard to see “FALSE CHURCHES”. They put pathological liars in leadership which is TOXIC and contrary to Psalm 34:13. ”He who PRACTICES DECEIT SHALL NOT DWELL WITHIN MY HOUSE; he who speaks falsehood shall not MAINTAIN HIS POSITION BEFORE ME”.
Isaiah 5: 20-23 seems to admonish what we know as ENFP behaviors, aristocratic spirits that Jefferson feared, or “rebellious spirits” that abdicate responsibility. Their TOXIC ELEMENT causes them to perceive everything backwards or “OPPOSITE TO what it IS” always for their benefit.
False & NEGATIVE judgements turn democracy into aristocracy or authoritarianism. — 20 Woe to those WHO CALL EVIL GOOD and GOOD EVIL, who turn darkness to light and light to darkness, who replace bitter with sweet and sweet with bitter.
Grandiose sense of self/subjugation of all knowledge to their feelings —21 Woe to those who are WISE in THEIR OWN EYES and clever in their own sight.
Extroversion & excessive NEED for SOCIALIZATION or FRIENDSHIP. —22 Woe to those who are heroes in drinking wine and champions in mixing strong drink,
Perverting justice –23 WHO ACQUIT the GUILTY for a bribe and DEPRIVE the INNOCENT of JUSTICE.
The TIME of Graham, Robertson, Falwell, Dobson, and Trump seems to be well described by 1 Timothy 6:3-5. UNHEALTHY INTERESTS, ROBBING the people of TRUTH, using Godliness for financial gain/”gospels of prosperity”, and ENDLESS LAWSUITS are traits of personalities that break rules & repudiate responsibility.

Thanks for the comments you have made. After talking with many people as a greeter, I, in general, believe there are two groups of people. There are those who go to church and those who have had Godly sorrow that causes repentance unto salvation not to be repented of. Most are in the first category, having never repented. The Body of Christ is very good at pandering to the former and not very good equipping the latter. Part of this problem is leadership not training people properly to be disciplers, and people not caring if they are discipled. This has been an issue since the early church, the battle of the flesh against the spirit. We have to find the faithful and focus on them and not the many vying for what their flesh desires. The many can be reached properly when the few are properly taught the things Jesus taught His disciples. Then they can pass it on.
