I could not agree with you more. If one is serious about getting close to Jehovah, do not watch some of these occult driven shows and movies. Satan attacks humans through the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. We have to come to the realization that this is truly WAR! The Word speaks truth … our fight is against spiritual wickedness in high places. True believers MUST learn self control, practice mental and spiritual discipline and meditate on the Word of God DAILY! The Lord is our fortress. He will protect, guide, keep us from all unrighteousness. Are we committed to him? Do we seek to do his will and not our own? Let us not look to the various christian denominations that we attend for the answer. Most of our churches have been infiltrated by the enemy. Many pastors are afraid to preach and teach the full uncompromised Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our salvation and hope lies with a personal commitment to serve our Lord and mature into the likeness of his Son–Jesus the Christ! We must understand that WE are responsible for OUR eternal futures and put our full trust in Jesus.
