In reply to Roberta Kelly. Trials are many, brokenness is very different. Broken puts you in a gray time of life that lingers and time goes very slowly, as fog on a cold and brisk winters day. It seems to never end and all you can do is wait. And it’s a tease, you see brightness of the sun far up through a small area of thin clouds but the fog lingers, never changing, it sets hard upon the ground and the trees. And soon the brightness of the sun has gone once again. And you are left with heavy fog and stillness that it brings. Not even the birds fly, so I too shall be still and endure the fog.

No one ‘belongs’ to God since born a dead spirit (Romans 5:12-14, I Corinthians 15:21-22) and “God is not the God of the dead” (Mark 12:27) which is why Jesus commanded us “You must be born again of the Spirit” and gave us the illustration of The Wind as to HOW we are born again of the Spirit that is the same Wind Jesus breathed on them and they received the Holy Ghost in John 20:22.

Afterwards we receive “Power” (Acts 1:5 8) Spiritual Gifts” (I Corinthians 12:7-10, 13) and “Signs following” (Mark 16:16-18) Holy Spirit baptism to CONFIRM that the LORD is working with us (Mark 16:20) and we ‘belong’ to God.
