It is important to identify the problem, as you have carefully done. However, to one extend or another this happens on a somewhat consistent basis “problems being identified”.

What are YOU suggesting/proposing to remedy/attack/mediate/resolve or better adapt what is to what needs to be?

I think we need more conversations on what’s next, how do we address these significant concerns and in what manner (programmatically) do we change/address the realities of where we are to where we want to be.
