(1) African Americans need to seek the advice of and cause our communities to better conform to the advice of professional security advisors who have experience preventing armed men and women from killing African Americans;

( 2 )We need to hire combat experienced security professionals and take their advice;

( 3 )We need to start thinking that whites are in African American communities to hurt us not to be good neighbors;

( 4 ) We need to take away that trust of white men and women in our predominantly African American communities in America;

( 5 ) We need to start paying more attention to whites when they are circulating in predominantly African American communities looking for suspicious whites who may commit violent, and fatal attacks on African Americans;

( 6 ) We need to report suspicious whites to the police promptly;

( 7 )We need to question suspicious whites when we have reason to believe that they are in the African American community perpetrating an attack on members of the African American community, and stand ready to defend yourselves if need be;

( 8 ) Defend yourselves by any means necessary, and take your chances in court;

( 9 ) We African Americans are under attack by many race hating white Americans;
