What does a U.S. citizen do when the Supreme Court breaks the law ?

The U.S. Supreme Court, which is supposedly the highest court in the land, by overturning Roe v. Wade, concerning women rights to an abortion, has broken the law at both the state and federal levels. They have broken the law by not legally considering and applying the " Doctrine of Stare Decisis "to their ruling to overturn Roe v. Wade, and by making new state and federal law at the Supreme Court level which is contrary to their constitutional duties which are to interpret state, and congressional legislated perfected law. Rulings made by the Supreme Court confirming women rights to an abortion were made approximately fifty years ago, and since have been codified federal law at the state and federal levels in America upon which many court decisions affirming state and federal cases have depended for many years. By the Supreme Court Overturning Roe v. Wade, opens the floodgates for possible lawsuits which are now imperfected by their actions from both claimants and defendants who, theoretically, can now seek damages as a result of prior Supreme Court affirmed settled law previously cited via the Doctrine of Stare Decisis, referencing women abortion rights under Roe v. Wade. The U.S. Supreme Court, by overturning Roe v. Wade, have committed illegal acts that are theoretically punishable by impeachment of sitting Supreme Court Justices jointly and severally for not following previous codified state and federal law concerning state and federal women rights to an abortion. The Supreme Court is not authorized to make new laws through their rulings but are authorized to interpret state and federal legislated laws concerning a woman's rights to an abortion. #law #legal #supreme court #supreme court # philosophy of law#political science
