I disagree with some points. For instance the first, it does not say who a true prophet is, just that he must not head a Church. And shamefully, there’s no scripture to back it. In 1 Corinthians 12:27, 28 we are shown that GOD set IN THE CHURCH, 1st Apostles, 2nd Prophets, 3rd Teachers, etc. Prophets can lead a congregation!

The only challenge with using scriptures ONLY to discern is that you can misuse them. But the Holy Spirit can help us understand and make the right conclusion. Do you know that Moses never looked like a true prophet?

Over and above, we should understand that genuine prophets of GOD are also subject to like passions as anyone, because they are human. Elijah had a temper, could rain fire on people who never contended with him, they were simply following the king’s orders but he burnt them. That was not about GOD’s character, but the prophet’s. It is true that prophets should never seek payment for prophecy; but some genuine ones do! And some do acknowledge their error and repent, others don’t and risk hellfire. All the same, GOD is the ONLY ONE who knows whom He called, we are never invited when He chooses.
